100% The old animations were clunky as all get out and didn't make much sense. Your survivor was perpetually hunched over for no reason. People are just adverse to change especially since the old animations have been used for so long. Same thing with the UI changes. People are just adverse to change. The hitbox detection…

yess bring the dramatics

Y'all really on here complaining about UI. It'll take time to adjust to the changes, but damn... it's not that big of a deal. Critiquing the new HUD for future changes is one thing, asking for a revert of something the team has worked hard on to improve is just childish. "I don't like this change so revert it." Be…

Yup, the collision bug with certain objects ruins him completely. Sliding off an object just takes the fun out of his gameplay completely. Combined with his extremely low POV, he feels super buggy.
-
His turn add-ons alleviate this issue. Being able to flick like oni on command would be OP imo. Blight already has his power available essentially whenever he wants.
-
I've really been enjoying the Ruin/Undying combo you mentioned on him! I haven't been lucky enough to get BBQ unfortunately, so the aura reveal from Undying is proving to be extremely helpful. I've paired that combo with I'm All Ears and Shadowborn for extra visual clarity and tracking during chases. Extremely fun and…
-
MorfUK does this against Deathslingers live on stream. He refuses to play against him lol
-
Yeah I was talking specifically about running Shadowborn on Blight. Hag is better off running other perks like M&A I agree.
-
I have been running Shadowborn on him and have yet to get a corn map so that could be part of the reason I haven't had any issues. He just feels like a lowrider killer lmao
-
Yeah I have to agree that the Spirit "counter" is good against baby Spirits; however, more advanced measures need to be taken against more experienced Spirits. Running and then Fixating towards her husk is probably the most predictable move once your tracks stop. I personally find Houdini build to be a better counter to…
-
He's a hunch back killer. It's sorta expected he has a lower POV. After maining hag, this isn't that much of a change for me personally.
-
Have you tried running Shadowborn on him for the increase in FOV?
-
I'm having a ton of fun with the guy! His mobility is just too nutty imo. People keep trying to use his rush at tiles and it's just too unreliable for looping. Once you force them to leave a loop, that's where The Blight's strength lies. 4k'd all my games with him so far and don't even have most of my perks unlocked.
-
Didn't say it catches me off-guard when they have Stridor, just saying it sucks and removes stealth play and mind games on the survivor side. Like you said, you can hear your grunts of pain. The reduction of sound is near negligible though tbh. Any high rank killer can track those sound queues. If Stridor Spirit wasn't a…
-
50/50s just suck in a game like this. There's no clear-cut way to actually counter a spirit it's just "git gud". The issue with that is "good" is heavily dependent on how bad the Spirit is at tracking you. Tracking is arguably the easiest part of playing killer. Once you see a survivor, it's extremely easy to keep the…

I'm honestly starting to think Demo is sleeper A tier. He gets mobility in his portals, and can mind game his ability with no drawbacks similar to Executioner and Deathslinger. A good demo can apply crazy pressure
-
Bond is better in most scenarios imo. Solo play you're looking to stay alive and not fck over your team which bond will help with. Empathy can give you information on where the killer is, but imo it's not as useful as bond unless you're looking to flashlight save multiple times in a match.
-
DS isn't an issue. As killer you have to play around the assumption that they have it and it's near useless just how survivors play against BBQ, discordance, noed, etc.
-
I love cross play hands down. It brings the community together, solves queue times, and lets me play with friends on other platforms.
-
Houdini build works well against her. Quick and Quiet, Iron Will, and Dance With Me. Other than that, one tip I can give is that she will look in the direction she's going to phase in after she stops moving. If she's trying to mindgame at loops, just leave and go to the next loop. Never take the chance for her to phase and…
-
It's honestly fine. The stairs are at the corners of the map not too hard to remember. I love Midwich as a survivor. As a killer, it depends on which one you are playing. Certain maps favor certain killers and this one is no exception.
-
Sounds like you are just rusty. If you're already running Stridor on Spirit, just keep playing and you'll work out the kinks.
-
One of my favorite horror movies! It's more of a period piece that towards the end completely horrified me. It's really divisive though because it's a slow burn film that pulls you in. It's also not scary in the traditional sense of jump scares, bloody slashers, or monster movies. It's more a psychological horror that…

Hit and drop chase is the ideal scenario if you sense a survivor is good at looping or the other survivors are gen rushing. Killer is all about optimization, agreed. Every killer main on these forums seems to only match against 4 man SWF god-tier survivors. 90% of survivors are not that good even at red ranks. In a SWF,…

I've come across some pretty spicy console killers. The differences between PC and console are not as drastic as I thought they would be. Console survivors tend to play differently though and that's been an adjustment. Console killers also are more likely to tunnel or camp because there's no endgame chat.

Never 👁️👄👁️

Killer Perk: Barbed Aperature: Windows within 25/30/35 meters of you become barbed with sharp, rusty wires. Survivors that vault these windows scream in pain revealing their location and causing the hemorrhage status effect. Pools of blood left by affected injured survivors appear brighter for 15 seconds. "The traps have…

I would LOVE cursed treasure for a pirate themed killer! Would be awesome if after searching the chest, a skull was in place of an item
-
Dude this would fit so well for a werewolf themed killer! Would be awesome if it would be useful at other times throughout the match.
-
I think a lot of the issue comes from the original artist's design aesthetic not really fitting the dbd aesthetic. I was trying to imagine what it would look like if they didn't compromise the original design, and I think it would still look weird af. The dbd models are too static in their stances and expressions to pull…
-
I don't mind longer PC survivor queues if that means I can actually play killer without waiting for 10 minutes
-
I only use ebony moris, but I wait for people to be on their last hook. I personally would rather die to a mori instead of a lackluster final hook. I feel mori's should be earned and should be somehow reworked to be base-kit for killers. Knowing the killer always has access to a mori would take the salt out of the wound of…

Y'all sleeping on zaddy Ace with his beard and button up shirt cosmetics. Only male survivor that's attractive imo.
-
I think survivors are just annoyed because we got another ######### set of perks. Desperate Measures can be good and will probably see decent use. The other 2 are hot garbo or lesser versions of already available perks. I do think it was about time that Killers got some decent perks. It's been since Ghost Face that a somewhat…
-
I'm guessing he'll lose the extra self stun after dashes and hits a survivor before he goes live. The self stun is just too much and ruins the flow of playing him. Other than that, content creators seem to be trying to make his power work in loops when it's not useful there. Use it to cover large distances and catch up to…
-
true! It will help a ton with getting out of sticky situations during end game like camping killers. the more people injured, the faster you unhook plus BT and dead hard... damn that's strong.
-
Could be fun in medic meme builds, but overall doesn't give you extra chances in a chase so it won't be top tier. Desperate Measures, Botany, We'll Make it, and Empathy or a meta perk.
-
Being stealthy is one thing, but the issue arises when the Stealthdette gets found and then instantly goes down because she lacks the ability to prolong a chase. Stealth should be used in conjunction with aggression not passivity. The stealth players are using their cosmetics and urban evasion as a crutch to avoid getting…
-
I have seen a number of decent console survivors. If anything, this will breathe some new life into the console meta of killers and same for PC. I love that the dbd players are no longer split! Hackers are extremely rare on PC so that's really a non-issue.
-
You misunderstood. "Keeping away from the basement" won't be possible for the survivors sine you are running iron grasp/agitation while also actively blocking the 3 gens closest to the basement from being completed.
-
You already said you are actively trying to 3 gen them in that area. That won't be possible especially if you run agitation/iron grasp.
-
How exactly would you suggest countering this? You already have said you will be patrolling the gens closest to the basement early game essentially ensuring a 3 gen. The other option would be to let a survivor die in the basement; which unless you were all 4 SWF, there would be no indication you had iron grasp/agitation…
-
I'd much rather face off against an insidious basement bubba because at least he's a meme. Any Agitation/Iron Grasp basement build is just torture to go against. It's just not fun or engaging to play against nor does it take the slightest bit of skill on the killer's part. When I play this game, I get satisfaction out of…
-
I'd rather just take my chances with up the ante, slippery meat, and a green chalk pouch that way the killer knows at least one person is going for the luck build, but not every hook will be worth his time to camp.
-
Does clown even need PWYF tho? His bottles slow survivors down so much that the speed boost is just overkill, no?
-
I mean, you're running pretty meta perks to be honest. Corrupt, Ruin, and Infectious are all really good. Distressing is decent for Doctor as well. The survivors aren't even as sweaty as they could be. In your last one you linked, two of them had self-care which is by far one of the worst perks to use in higher ranks. That…
-
It's a new MMR system. Matches will stabilize the more you play. If you find yourself getting discouraged when pitted against skilled survivors, try thinking of it as an opportunity to practice and improve.
-
I rarely ever DC, but if i do, it's because the killer is playing super scummy. If you tunnel someone out of the game as fast as possible when you have the option not to, your goal changes from "winning" to ensuring that one survivor doesn't get to play the game. Whenever I play as killer, I still take into account the…
-
I don't understand your point here. Red ranks make mistakes and get lazy too. Just because they "shouldn't" give you the opening, doesn't mean it won't ever happen. It's a part of the game, and as a survivor you should learn it.
-
I usually give hatch if I feel both sides played a solid match and the last survivor was a noticeable contributor to the match quality.
