The game was strictly survivor sided for its first five years. But you're right, making comebacks would be pretty interesting. As it is, flipping a match is pretty rare and relies on the entire team dialing in.
-
Bad argument, because that's all he has and he even has a big cooldown on his radial dischange.
-
Mabye they'll release an additional one where the gate connects out of! How cool would that be if you looked through the gate of a castle and out there, or through the archer slit windows, is the Borgo? But really, I think the Borgo should stay the same. It represents the Knight's playstyle and every map should be biased…
-
They already implemented anti-face camping measures and an automatic BT + haste. Really hope this is a bait thread.
-
It's not the haven for survivors it used to be. I ran into a bully squad the other day and pieced them up on their last generator. The good news for killer matches like this is that they aren't the horrendous experiences they used to be. That team, in old DBD, would have ended the game in about seven minutes total with…
-
The sixty seconds is too long to keep up with. A good killer could wipe an entire team in that span of time. Nurses and Blights are known for it. But you're right about the five seconds. Three seconds doesn't do any good for resetting chases unless you happen next to a pallet.
-
I'm definitely going to need a citation.
-
I distinctly recall it performing well both on PC and console so it's your memory versus mine and I'm going to have to go with mine. The sounds were likely reduced for competitive reasons since sound is a major mechanic that the killer relies on.
-
It's not optimization, it's base performance. It's a good strategy because it means most anyone can play it. It's like saying World of Warcraft isn't optimized. It is, but the developers settled for performance that could accommodate most specs. They've already had rainy maps (old Red Forest notably had it and I miss it…

Couldn't agree more! Since we're on the subject, wouldn't something from Edgar Allan Poe's "The Masque of the Red Death" be cool? You'd have seven color themed rooms and the red-black room. They could be thematic and add a clock that chimes every few minutes. They could drop a Plague skin to go with the map. It's too…

I didn't know we had so many game engine optimization experts and seizure subject matter experts in these forums. I should come here to have my papers written.
-
Midwich has been the only miss. It's very interesting but also very frustrating when you're stuck either up or down and you need to get to the other level. Dead Dawg is my favorite because it's just plain fun and survivors who hide in bushes or kite the map can be rewarded.
-
Yes. They should call it "Boon: Cone of Silence" and the survivor should be the guy from Get Smart.
-
So, what good players will do is none of those things and body block. Know that you have to tear through an automatic BT would warn you, but if you drop then and lose track of time and pick them up too soon it's punishing. That's what old DS bully squads were doing. That's why it got so bad in the first place. Showing DS…
-
I played Xenodoggy twice today. If you missed me- you missed out!
-
That's not remotely true. Old DS was used as a weapon. If you, as a killer, knocked a party too fast then you would be punished for playing that well. In conjunction with the automatic in-built Borrowed Time and hook reforms it would be entirely too punishing. It was punishing then it would be worse now.
-
For years I complained that old DS was killing the game. Functionally it worked to do exactly as you have said, but it would mean that it'd be a staple perk again. Facing one in a match is fine. Facing four every single match is egregious.
-
Look, they're both really fun. But Billy has the better chase music. Oni has good chase music but Billy simply has the suspenseful sounds.
-
It takes a bigger brain to play the Exe. He can shoot through walls so when you play against a good exe at killer's shack it takes some brain juice to outplay them. Mastermind does not live up to his namesake. It's too simple. He dashes and if he connects you will end up being slowed (eventually). Simply not dynamic in the…

I see that I voted correctly and two others did not.
-
The events get better year after year. I wouldn't have thought I'd still be playing but they keep roping me in with good additions. You'd think it's all about the DLC but the events are just too creamy.
-
How to make horror horrible.
-
None. Dead Hard gets buffed.
-
Nooo I think op hasn't right
-
Impressive!
-
And if those survivors have overcome....
-
Neither of us agree with his points but he was definitely arguing in good faith. I don't think you understand what that phrase means.
-
The fake "lmao" is a tipoff that you don't really care. You just want to whine and cry. His question does not imply an impelling need for negativity. In fact,he's explicitly stated otherwise multiple times. I'd call you out hardcore but I respect this board too much.
-
Constant negativity it is.
-
Source: He saw it in a dream.
-
It was popular to hate on it but only Trapper mains had a right to.
-
You didn't see me. Now you are in the post game chat fuming about tunneling after losing a three second chase.
-
I will say: going against SWF is a totally different game.
-
Stop rushing mid nerd
-
Remember Me should regress gates as well.
-
As villain I run CoH every game. As hero I have at least one, usually two, running CoH. I can't remember my last hero game without one.
-
It will :)
-
Excellent points.
-
This but killer emotes too with unique emotes purchasable in the item shop for aurics and iris.
-
That seems fun
-
... You're a fifty hours survivor?
-
That seems fun
-
After a certain threshold the only easier killers are perkless rookies. Win two of those and you'll be back into a loser streak.
-
It's a race to the bottom. You get bad teammates then you lose. Then because you lost you get worse teammates.
-
We have to go back.
-
Camping drops mmr though. There's even a point deduction for post game stats.
-
D's and boiled over both got buffed before they get nerfed. Ds was the only reasonable nerf. Boil over will still be good and better than it was post nerf.
-
You redditors couldn't handle old CoD lobbies. WEAK.
-
I didn't know there was a name for the practice. It definitely made my time better.
-
Understandable concerns!
