I feel like 2 locks is not enough, survivors would be guaranteed taking it off basically. Then the trap would serve as a (time off generator) mechanic and less of a death risk. I feel like 3 is the spot.

That could work if they choose to give the trap 3 locks, each box contains a key once you have the 3 keys you can get it off.

That doesn't work for me either, like I said, even if I try to run away they just ignore me until they kick it closed, once kicked closed it's pretty much impossible to get an exit open especially now that endgame collapse exists.

No, but I do love it when I look directly into Ghostface's eyes and still get exposed no matter how close I might be to him. Would love to have a fix for that, but I hear it's being caused by Dedicated Servers, so I doubt it'll be fixed any time soon.

I don't want to block them just for that though, there should be an ingame mechanic that allows you to not get paired with them again like Overwatch(which only allows for 3 avoids) for example.

This is the fix, pretty simple and fair solution for everyone, but for whatever reason the devs don't want to implement it this way.

I give you 2 points now, but 1) Still toxic gameplay, I don't like giving my teammates away just so I can take their plant, that's a dick move, sorry. Just because "there's always toxic gameplay out there" doesn't mean I have to be toxic as well.

That's true, but it's better than using an offering and getting nothing out of it - and sure, you can still get bloodpoints out of it, but the event is for cosmetics not for bps... I just want a fair way of splitting the plants for everyone.

The "fix" is splitting the canker's at 25% nectar for each person. That way if I gather the plant all 4 survivors get part of it.

Exactly, there are 2 cankers that are fair game, I never said I was entitled to all of it, in fact I never said I was entitled to anything. I just think that if you use an offering you should get some nectar out of it and it's not always the case whether you use offering or not, which is kinda sad if you ask me.

I know when a killer is being friendly or not.. like, I have over 500 hours... all the killers so far just start smacking away.

For unlucky people like me the event is the worst. I'm usually the first found even if I try to hide, by the time I can lose the killer or get unhooked the plants are all taken I also have yet to get a "friendly" killer.

Devs just need to fix matchmaking. Like, allow people within 5 ranks to group together. Ex: 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20. This would definitely fix some of the issues.
