What is the intention of the Hex: Ruin change? The new version only seems to benefit already strong Killers (Nurse, Billy) that have the pressure.

Having to run 3 seconds to activate Sprint Burst is simply to tone down an already incredibly forgiving perk. You know how most people use it. As for franklins, it was okay the way it worked back when flashlights were incredibly powerful. They're not anymore so this perk needs to be toned down.

Deja Vu is a perk that deals with this. There's also the fact that there's 4 survivors and 1 killer. So unless the Survivor team is incredibly badly coordinated, even a 3gen shouldn't stop them forever.
