I had this issue too... I'm pretty sure that I was writing the code correctly from the first time, but at the end I copied the code and paste it on a notepad to see if there were some "o" that pretend to be a "0", but nothing was wrong with it. Entered the code again in the store it worked out as if the "copy" action has…

Thank you for all your replies, after at least the sixth time I've entered the code, it finally worked... god... 😡

I've tried to contact support in some way, but it seems pretty useless. In the guide to redeem the code they says: "Select the STORE menu, navigate to the FEATURE tab." on console there isn't any "feature tab" but a "redeem code" button only that I usually use to redeem any other code I had in the past... Really don't…

I've done it first time, but didn't work.

I've claimed the code from Prime, it is a very long code. When I tried to redeem it in the in game store on my PS4 it didn't work, it says that the code is invalid... I don't understand. Am I missing something or just scummed by dbd and Prime?

Do you know you can remap the buttons? If you are on console with a controller L3 and R3 buttons could be used and for sure will help a lot.

Personally, I would be happy with a playble game... not this $hit that we have now.

Right now is practically impossible survive the struggle phase if you are not saved very quickly from your mates.

Ok, I know that it is already said... but the PS4 version, after the last update has become unplayable. The framerate is awful; full of stuttering and the worst thing is that you can't survive the struggle on a hook; you would miss a botton pressure and eventualy die due to the ######### frame rate. Thanks for ruining your own…

What I'd like to see in dbd, isn't self-care as a basekit, but every survivor/killer playing with their own perks (and not teachable anymore) plus a fourth perk choosen from the common ones. That would be interesting to try out. Plus... I would add also the limitation on survivor pick: the team shold be composed by four…

You just described an average game...

About the end Game Collapse, the red effects are missing as killer, but are there when play as survivor.

First of all what I really don't understand is why merge solo queue with SWF queue? To be forced to go back every time to the main menu to switch it's just ridicolus.
