I think spirit still can be infected seeing how she was able to be injected with the Blight serum which could mean that the spirit isn't exactly a full on ghost

It would be a very nice ending if wraith and nurse found each other on earth (that is if they can find each other or can keep the relationship going)

The blight flowers come and go once in a while so at some point maybe the serum would wear off and painfully return back to his normal self but of course he’s going to crave for the flower but at some point he might stop and return to his old roots

I think then most interesting interaction would be all the killers meeting the blight seeing how he has a connection with almost every killer through the kidnappings followed up by the experimentations, some might be delighted or others might be furious that is if they're able to recognize him through his more deformed…

So if time isn't a line and more of Jeremy bearimy then Talbot would know the existence of other killers outside the killers we already know exists

I can definitely believe both of these possibilities, second reason especially makes more sense because the cane entity’s made a twisted version of the cane he used back when he was recovering (thank you for bringing that little animation detail btw)

Wait, if there were survivors that were able to avoid being in the trials then why haven’t they shared this knowledge with other survivors, this knowledge could be very fruitful to others who want to rebel against the entity.
