I have had people insta-DC against my Doctor as soon as they hear my static blast. Just so fast it's gotta be an ALT+F4. I don't know. Maybe people just only want to play exactly the way they want to play, but there's 5 people in a match and not everyone gets their way all the time.

If you played the original AvP 1 or 2 for PC back in the day, the Predator had an energy bar that all of his cloaking and energy weapons consumed. He had to refill it at energy points on the map. They could do something like that to sort of counterbalance it - the plasmacaster and cloak combo could be busted as hell,…

True story. It was kind of surreal, I normally don't have put-together dreams like that. But I've also been binging DBD with the event. Maybe it was the Tetris Effect.

I wish we got a BP modifier for this mode, because honestly, I'm not going to touch it after I get my event rewards. And I'm a killer, I love playing spooky and ambushing people from the dark, but to only get like 25k BP in a match? Pfft.

You can't even imply that killers should be able to do something about survivors bodying them at every opportunity around here. Killers are supposed to be weak, don't you know that? It's 4 against 1, naturally killers aren't going to be able to do anything for fear that four other people might not have fun!

I feel like the amount of complaints for tunneling and camping are always exaggerated because someone can go 100 games without getting facecamped, but they get one game where the killer stands in front of them on first hook and they go on reddit or the forums and freak out. I don't think there is actually a problem with…

People keep wanting to play conga line survivors, like they are somehow entitled to following right behind the killer so they can get the immediate unhook. The simple truth is you're not. Live on the opposite side of the map until it is safe, or get downed.
-
There's every possibility that every time a killer queues they're going to run into sweaty try-hards with meta survivor perks and items/addons, so why risk getting utterly curbstomped when you could stand a chance of doing well? And I don't mean "winning" with a 4K, I mean getting points, I mean pipping, I mean the match…

This must be what going mad feels like.

There are currently bugs with survivor boon totems causing games to crash, there are a ton of survivors exploiting server instability and bugs, and a lot of popular killers were nerfed. I imagine a lot of killers are not playing until #########'s fixed.

Basically, imagine that leaving your car running in your garage causes it to solve sudoku puzzles. When it solves a million sudoku puzzles, it gets a token. That token says "Yes, you completed a million sudoku puzzles," and is utterly unique. You can then attach this token to something, like say, a digital piece of artwork…

Every time someone says "Well we're already doing a lot of damage to the environment just by existing so what's one more bad thing" in defense of NFTs, I just want that person to know that you are the reason why things are so bad in the first place.
-
I don't know that this is the case, to be sure. However, every other game developer I've heard of getting into bed with the dirty money has turned out to be horrible. BHVR, in my experience, has never once addressed community concerns in a satisfying way, has never shown themselves to listen to the community, and has never…

Personally I am fully willing to have Pinhead and all Hellraiser content removed from the game - not "removed from the store," but deleted, taken out, stripped from people who already own it, completely and entirely, if it means that it doesn't support NFTs in the slightest. To say that I am willing to never, ever see…

Do you think they might have timed this announcement specifically because they knew the event, the mid-chapter release, and skins would get people clamoring to drop money on it? Like, they weren't going to announce it any other time - they knew they had to announce it now so you're going to get major FOMO vibes and spend…
-
I know how you feel, as this year has held some really ######### abhorrent reveals about game developers. Blizzard is full of sex pests. BHVR is selling out to NFTs and lying about it. The world, at least to me, feels like it's full of a bunch of scary stuff and the places I want to go to and get away from that are being…

Eh, y'know, as movies go I give the Rob Zombie Halloween movies a solid C-, which is not to say they are bad, they're just guilty of not being good. And horror movies generally aren't GOOD movies, let's be real. That doesn't mean they're not GOOD horror movies. There are worse ways to spend your time.

It's not that I'm killing babies, it's these other people who were excellent to work with and were great partners. Go buy some dead babies here at their website.

Unfortunately, yes, Pinhead is one of my favorite horror characters of all time, and his design is super cool, his mechanics feel fresh and rewarding, and I would still demand they remove him from the game. I know there's no such thing as "ethical consumption under capitalism," but this isn't merely lining the pockets of…

Is that not the killer from I Know What You Did Last Summer?
-
I would rather have no Hellraiser content in the game if it was NFT-related in the slightest. That's the long and short of it. If BHVR had said "No, we won't work with you if you plan on using this for NFT-related objects," I would have been amazed. But they didn't. No matter what the "agreement" is, BHVR said "MORE MONY…

Oh my god please play Predator Hunting Grounds it's so much fun Also RIP EVOLVE. I bet they're kicking themselves now that DbD is dead.

Anything to make "Hold action button" more interesting would be good in my book, even if it was something like "Search for a key to the lockers in this desk by holding the action button." At least you'd be doing it at different locations, at different times, and so on. Maybe it'd be as easy as finding parts to the…

I don't think the explosion should injure other nearby survivors, just give them a debuff. It would only injure the person who fails the check. Having it go off when the gen is completed doesn't provide the Trapper with any information, though, and his general idea is map control with his traps. The general idea is that…
