Mine happens every 10 games or so; it's not as bad as it was way back, but it does seem to have crept back into the game for me. I am also on Steam. They have the DC penalty turned off at least. but you still lose your items and stuff. :(

I already have all my survivors p3 50! so I have empathy! But my favorite Empathy build is with Solidarity, Autodidact, and Spine Chill. It's not necessarily a win build but it's super fun!

This actually addresses why I think Franklin's is more balanced now. Yes the items don't disappear, but you can't use them that match. If you manage to escape, you might get to pick it back up and keep it, which ultimately is balanced. Killer denies use of the item, but survivor can still keep it. Win-Win.

I think these are interesting changes. I don't necessarily think the aura reading is a good idea, but the rest is intriguing enough that I'd want to test it in a PTB.
