I haven't seen much of the other changes, and almost none of them affect me very much at all. but my biggest problem is with the new UI. it's ugly, scattered and disorganized. I want the old one back, maybe with a few tweaks. but it can't stay like this, it's too much to keep track of and it's too spread out. the perk…

I just wake up and the first thing I see on Reddit is people talking about the new DBD HUD. I hadn't seen the changes, and found a screenshot from someone. and boy, does it look so bad. why does it look like i'm in a discord call with the survivors? what is that little hook counter with no info other than some bars around…

I love her. She's my main, haha. I find her flaws lie within the trap RNG. Most of the time people will take the traps off their heads on the first box they find, and it sucks. Sure it's meant to slow down game play but dammit I want the trap to stay on for more than 30 seconds. Nowadays I don't put traps on people until…

I've been playing since just before the Stranger Things DLC came out and I absolutely love the menu music from that one. The 80's synth is so amazing to me.
-
you know that they mean there's already no pallets. using the word "more" in that sentence doesnt change its meaning if you actually understand what they are saying.
-
The difference is that a skin has nothing to do with the balance of the game. So this is not comparable at all.
-
give me back the button to switch directly between survivor and killer!! (should only work when in a lobby by yourself) that's my only point lmao
-
So by that logic, demogorgon's shred is situational? It's super easy to avoid unless you're in a corridor or along a wall, so that means it's bad right? I'm sorry so say this... but you just need to get good. or play spirit if that's what you want.
-
that's the idea. You crouch at a loop with a dropped pallet or even an unused one. Start the roar, go in one direction and then turn back around to ambush them. It's not perfect, no killer's ability will get you a down 100% of the time. I personally think that the rework/buff that people are asking for is too much. there…

I'm a pig main and her dash is pretty good. You do need to have some skill with her to use it properly, but it is good. I like it because i use STBFL on her and it doesn't count as an M1 on the obsession. Also to scare people.

I was a Spirit main for a long while, so here are my tips. have a good pair of headphones, preferably surround sound. as someone mentioned above, stridor helps if you dont have any. always be listening, even if you're not phasing, She's pretty quiet compared to some killers when it comes to her footsteps, so stuff is easy…

People saying "all you need are good headphones/stridor" are wrong. that could be true for low rank killers who just bought the game and don't know how to play killer very well. Spirit isn't too different than a trapper for regular chases, but she does have the added ability of phase walking. Sure, stridor and good…

* oops i posted this in the wrong topic

all i know is that it appears at the beginning of a match and then disappears. turns red when my frames drop.

Coldwind/Macmillan/Autohaven have the most variations of each map, so you have a higher chance to get one. Coldwind: thompson house rotton fields fractured cowshed torment creek rancid abattoir Macmillan: ironworks shelter woods coal tower suffocation pit groaning storehouse Autohaven: gas heaven azarov's resting place…

Killers can go afk until the survivors finish the gens and escape. Just go AFK until they do all gens, open the gates yourself, and they are then forced out. Sure, it takes longer, but it is a way to surrender.
-
I have to agree with you there. It's just so frustrating.
-
It's not about rank. It's about points and emblems. With any other AFK killer you can just run in front of them and get boldness that way. They should change Wraith to start the match uncloaked and have the bell be completely silent/no map-wide whoosh sound for the first time he cloaks.
-
Get yourself a swf buddy and as soon as 4/5 gens or 5/5 gens are done, look for the hatch. Having the second person to tell you where it is is really helpful. That's how I got mine very quickly, 2 games in a row.
-
When being woken up by a survivor against Freddy, you make sounds of pain while crouched even if you're not injured or when you're using Iron Will. Not sure if anyone else can hear it though.
-
I really think that the RBT should automatically activate when placed on a survivor after all gens are completed. It kind of makes them useless after all gens are done. And yeah, I know they're not "supposed" to kill people, but a survivor isn't doomed to death if they are trapped after the gates are powered. They can…
-
The difference is you literally can't find him the whole game and he doesn't put out a TR. Other killers do so you could farm boldness points by running in front of the killer a bit. AFK wraith is just annoying because you're basically alone in the match.

I absolutely hate The Game as both killer and survivor. I hate it so much. I also really don't like Rotten Fields. There is not enough structures so if you get caught in the middle of the field, you're screwed. As killer, it's very easy to lose a survivor in the corn, at least I find. Mother's Dwelling is pretty bad too.
-
I had used all the traps, he had my last one on. The last point on my post is just a general idea.
-
What about if you literally can't run DBD on medium? The lag I get on medium is game breaking for me.
-
Well I did mention that I won that round, but I see your point. I use it as a failsafe more than a crutch.
-
My build is BBQ, PGTW, STBFL, and either NOED or old Ruin. I can change NOED out for Thrilling Tremors as well.
-
that's true, but I feel like the killer should be compensated for it. Like the quitter bonus, but more of course.
-
They had 265 followers but 3 viewers.. haha.
-
I play both equally (red rank on both) and I can't really decide. I think if I had to I would say that my killer would win because I'm really good at denying pallets or mindgaming people at window loops.
-
If you're bugged, just DC and suffer with the penalty. Some things can't be avoided - just submit a ticket and the devs will do something. If the killer is bugged... just escape? If someone is hacking, record the evidence and submit a ticket. You can spend your time doing that instead of leaving and letting it happen. They…

Idea 1: you said yourself that undetectable/oblivious removes the perk's effect. Idea 2: just no. that would be impossible to get it to work and even if it did, it would make killers DC or leave you on the ground forever just so they don't get stunned. From someone who uses DS as part of my everyday build, these ideas just…

I didn't think of it like that
-
I think it'd be reasonable to say that the power could down a survivor, similar to Pig's ambush.
-
It didn't count as an escape; I have the "escape 4 trials" challenge active and it didn't add to that. So really it was just a waste of 60 seconds of waiting in lobby and loading.
