Complaining about flashlights is the biggest self report skill issue, but items/killer addons should be randomized too
-
that crossprogression drop seemed to be edited, cause the person they talked about mentioning it definitely didn't lol
-
Yeah plus matchmaking incentives don't apply when you have crossplay off :P
-
Some interesting numbers from my own experience using nightlight. Total number of matches played from March 23 to April 16: 243 Average Escape Rate: 44.35% Average Kills: 2.23 Most Seen Killer: The Unknown Matches tagged with Tunneling: 65 Escape Rate in those matches: 24.62% Average Kills in matches with Tunneling: 3.02…
-
Keep in mind the matchmaking range gets expanded for players after a certain amount of time in queue, or the previous killer dodged in a lobby and you got backfilled (which is why they should prevent you from leaving a lobby once one is found, feel like that would fix a lot of mismatched games in the process)
-
Definitely agree this can happen on killer, stacking slowdown can carry you but i don't think it happens beyond a certain extent.
-
Main one is be aware of what your teammates are doing, if someone is hooked and your gen has less progress compared to someone else then go for that hooked player.
-
Live Game is on Unreal Engine 4.27 and the PTB looks to be on 5.2. You can check if you are on steam by looking at your AppData/Local/UnrealEngine and see the engine version of whatever game you had open.
-
looks like its version 5.2.1 and I've noticed its been super smooth ingame, fps is constantly at 120 with 0 stuttering compared to before. It normally isnt steady at 120 and drops but hasnt.
-
Agreed, ran into it yesterday with a hag just bleeding everyone out
-
You still have teammates, yeah they may not be the greatest, or even human but they are still there. If you enjoy it so much just play it out. If their dc penalty is barely anything then it means they don't dc at all except for SM which is kinda meh
-
solo queue doesn’t matter if you have situational awareness on the usage of pallets they will still surprise you. Other than that I don’t think it will get nerfed because it doesn’t help bad players play better since you still need to run tiles correctly to get proper usage out of it
-
Probably gonna make them even more miserable to play against as survivor than they already are
-
Make the first two stacks of lock on removeable by hacking a drone (hack a drone to remove a stack), make the hacked drones unable to be recalled while hacked, remove changing the rotation of the drones. When survivor gets scanned 3 times just don't give them deep wound being broken is more than enough.
-
The random slowdown you get while using larry's power is not fun i will say.
-
You can't let go of the gen before it hits anymore, before you could react if you were fast enough.
-
They just need to make it reactive again, so when you hook the survivor other survivors at least have a chance to hop off the gen before it loses progress. Right now it just triggers immediately with no chance to react at all unlike before
-
That's his opinion and he's welcome to it. Majority of the playerbase doesn't have 10,000+ hours like he does. Also not helping is the recent trend of skull merchant mains discrediting criticism and attributing all hate or dislike to being a trend when there are real issues with her drones.
-
The incentive is based on your relative mmr range, so it very well could be on survivor for the person you responded to almost all the time while also switching to killer for you. Essentially their survivor mmr probably doesn’t have enough players and their killer mmr has enough people queueing at it.
-
I'd be content if i could get more points even if i don't escape. Don't really get the horror feeling after 5,500 hours so it gets boring fast when every match is almost impossible to escape from the start.
-
You are misunderstanding how the offerings stack. They stack off of the original base amount earned ingame. So at most towards the end of the event you can earn 414,000 bp. Which is nice... if it was earnable all event. Still not what they advertised as the "biggest bloodpoint event of the year" when you can earn more…
-
Not as great as advertised (get way more from the anniversary event) but its alright for a LNY replacement
-
The zones almost half the time don't cover the area of the map where you are performing an action
-
While the % being upped is nice it still is kinda pointless when over half of the blood zones don’t cover gens or hooks that might be in play. Also the lack of any meaningful incentive ingame makes it pointless to interact with the event as survivor
-
Spoiler: they only played killer before saying that.
-
it doesn't matter who sets up the blood zones everyone gets the effects of them.
-
Bringing an event offering apparently cancels out bps and cakes for everyone else
-
Perhaps they'll killswitch it so people don't abuse it, but its a bug benefitting killer so it'll stay in the game for 3 months.
-
Clearly some things need to be adjusted for survivors. They shouldn't be breaking these streaks so easily.
-
Without even considering the perks you can run on him, his power still is very lethal in chase. Generally his addons across the board simply change his numbers or change a few effects so I'd like an addon pass addressing that. Asides from perhaps an addon update bubba is balanced otherwise, especially given bamboozle…
-
Bubba’s fine as is, his addons provide a few different ways of using his chainsaw, you can run perks to handle his counterplay extremely easily, and you still chew through pallets insanely fast. Running bamboozle on bubba does seem to make you more predictable to the survivor so if you’re struggling you might want to try…
-
Yeah i actually have fun going against him so im kinda hopeful more people play him in my region
-
Trapper - Usually traps obvious spots and camps basement hooks like their lives depend on it, almost always running 4 gen perks Wraith - hit & run with multiple regression perks, will tunnel if you outplay them (or stun them in general) Hillbilly - Backrev Bob, almost always running 4 gen perks (comp billy will dc if you…
-
Or because she has actual reasons to dislike her. It's been about a year and I'll say every time I've played against one the chase music gives me a headache.
-
I like the idea of the timer so you know you will get guaranteed slowdown if they heal within the 90s, and if not then you still kept them injured for 90 seconds which is a win in my eyes. It sharpens the identity of the perk rather than it being a catch all for infinite slowed healing.
-
They did say they wanted to make room design wise to make new perks without worrying about people stacking sloppy on top of it.
-
dont see them disabled at all ingame, you might want to restart
-
I just think most crashes come from dodging map offerings from the killer so personally I’d rather wait
-
There is no maybe about it. He moves faster while recovering and can recover in under ~2 seconds with those addons. Halving the % for each addon would be more than enough of an adjustment.
-
He's fine no more needed, just quality of life changes and small balance adjustments at most
-
The bots are worse than having a man down.
-
That part of the perk was removed after the accessibility changes were added in a recent update
-
After one bottle that precise aim turns into basically nonexistant requirement to click a button
-
I quite literally used dramaturgy and got a medkit with both addons but the styptic was first. When I used it, the stypic endurance occurred at the same time the syringe timer was counting down in the bottom of my screen. Your point while incorrect has some truth. If you are hit while the styptic effect is active the…
-
They both work, however if you get hit with the styptic the syringe will not apply. If you run out the styptics use length then as long as your health state doesnt change the syringe will apply. Ideally you run this combination of addons to either tank a hit, and if you dont get hit you'll be healed in 24 seconds.

People only really started complaining about adrenaline much more after the healing nerfs which heavily disincentivized survivors from healing, I view it as just a consequence of a changing meta with adrenaline being more prevalent in people's minds since survivors wouldn't be running the same exact builds that were…
