You know what, you got me there. I can't argue.
-
Man, we really have some S-tier mods around here... <3
-
This has been perhaps the biggest issue in the game since day one. There is no incentive to play nice for either side. That said, a cycle forms when people use very strong/"meta" perks and items and things: 1.) Killer A plays a meme build against 4 survivors running 4 meta perks and strong items. Killer A gets destroyed…

furiously reinstalls DBD

Yes, but I will say, the collisions for body-blocking are kind of funky. I've put in at least two separate bug reports now that you can be standing directly in front of a hook to block (MoM stacks, baby!) and the killer can literally just go through you. I've had it happen to me as survivor and done it as killer.
-
Yeah, that second part wouldn't be abusable... KEK.
-
Some players live and die (metaphorically speaking) by shack pallet. I once played a solo game against a Billy and dropped shack at 5 gens to save one of my teammates from being hooked basically right away. We played well and got 4 man out, and I thought that was it. [Edit for clarity: I pallet-saved him.] Then, the person…
-
No, they didn't.
-
I'm of the opinion that keeping his traps on the ground is fine... so long as they make them spawn in the middle. There is no reason that I should spawn in on Autohaven and have to walk to a McMillan map just to gain control of my power.
-
Agreed. I've faced my fair share of "bully groups" and while those games do suck, I feel like I get one (maybe two) per multiple-hour session. They're still out there, but generally you're going to face all solo or two solos and a duo.
-
It happens sometimes randomly, regardless of if you switch bottles or not. I don't know why it hasn't been fixed (or even addressed verbally) yet. Either they don't care or they've somehow missed a bug for months on end.
-
So... what happens when a very good Nurse player decides to run Devour and has 3 stacks before the Hex is even revealed? I understand she can't used exposed perks with blinks anymore, but my point stands. Two more hooks and she'll be able to mori people at 5 gens. Would be very boring for both sides imo.
-
If you did you'd become an Oni god. Practice makes perfect.
-
Mad Grit is basically a meme perk, dude. The only time (slight exaggeration, I know) Mad Grit is worth running is if you have an entire backpack build around it with StBfL, Agi and Iron Grasp. Why do you want to kill one of the few goofy, off-meta builds that sees the light of the day from time to time?
-
I know the build I'll mention is not fun for survivors, but if somebody wanted to play impossible skillchecks Doc on The Game then every survivor would have map-wide endurance. It would essentially be a free dead hard just because of the map. Certain situations like this is why it wouldn't work. Also, how would this work…
-
I'm such a fiend for Dominos pan pizza. I know it's not very good on the "pizza tier list" (lol) but man... something about all that cheese 🤤
-
Oof. Love the name, btw.
-
I agree that Midwich is an equally problematic map. It reminds me very much of the original iteration of The Game with how confusing it is to navigate — sometimes you can spawn in and not even know if you're top or bottom floor. The rest? Nah. Saloon is very easy to run if you know how, and the Autohaven maps have a nice…
-
I don't understand why scratches and auras aren't white. It would make everything easier... except Ormond, I guess.
-
Nobody should have to play on Borgo or Red Forest, regardless of their power lmao. Those two and Garden are still ridiculously unbalanced.
-
Agree about exposed add-ons, and that's coming from a killer main. It's boring to play, incredibly unfun to face, and promotes unhealthy learning for new players too imo.
-
Myers and Pig too, even if to a lesser degree.
-
Good idea, but the amount of resources that would need to go into making 33 different tutorials isn't worth the ultimate payoff. And that's only counting killers who are in the game right now, not those that will be introduced.
-
I think a lot of people are forgetting that TCM is significantly limited in terms of what content they can introduce. Sure, it's a cool game and it's the "big thing" in horror right now, but there's only so much they can do to keep the community from getting bored because it's tied to a specific license. I can't see it…
-
Well, I think Dead Hard was equally problematic and it was used more (not necessarily picked more, but you would see it more frequently because it isn't an endgame-only perk), but I've been seeing people ask for this change to Adren since... jeez, at least 2019 if not earlier.
-
Forget Prove Thyself, bring back the gains from old WGLF
-
Based wolfy perk user
-
Yes, I would love to see some Trapper buffs, thank you for asking. ...Oh. I saw the word "traps" and got too excited :/
-
My idea would probably work better as a buff to Agitation rather than it's own perk, but I'd like to see an increase to pick-up speed. I don't know why, I just think it would be neat.
-
I agree that having her in the game would be cool, but since our version of GF is an original character it would be kind of... dumb? How do you fit her in when she has no connection to the killer from her franchise?
-
People have asking for this very change for years. Where've you been, bud?
-
They've been tunneled three games in a row and don't want to make it four, is my guess.
-
The endurance part of it doesn't come into play all that much, at least in my experience. I'd say they should see how it works at 2% and also limit haste-stacking. I'm fine with survivors being a little speedy, but a good survivor using this perk is a nightmare to chase.
-
Could it be the iri add-on that makes her faster when she's out of hatchets, maybe?
-
I remember Otzdarva doing the Victor trick with Insidious and getting a hook-grab because of it lmao He didn't even really have to camp, necessarily - he knew somebody was around and it took all of five seconds for them to show up.
-
Truthfully? Because I remember how good at survivor I used to be and I want to get back to that level! I don't mind dying as I try to get good again. That said, I play more killer than survivor so maybe I'm not the target demographic for this question.
-
Let me guess, you then reselected the unbroken challenge, got the iri emblem, and it didn't track. No? Just me? Cool.
-
Hot take, maybe, but Legion is much better than people give them credit for. My favorite build to use on them is Enduring, Ruin, Jolt and Surveillance. If you pair this build (well, mostly enduring) with the yellow tape that refills frenzy when stunned by pallets and the brown add-on that increases lunges (or the iri…
-
I've had this happen to me lately too. I'll be quite literally breathing down a survivor's neck and the chase won't initiate until several seconds later. Very fun getting looped 5 times at shack as Pig instead of 3.... :')
-
Crazy idea but hear me out: Buff the killers who rely so heavily on this perk so it doesn't feel like a necessity both to use it and to camp, with or without it. The killers who get the most value out of it are among the weakest in the roster: Trapper, Pig, Clown, etc. (That said, Wraith isn't particularly weak right now,…
-
I'm surprised that the tombstone add-ons are still in the game. Myers as a whole, but especially these two add-ons, feel like relics of a different game because.... well, they are. There's no place for them in 2023 DBD. That said, if they nerf these add-ons before giving Myers a rework/buff you'll see him less than you do…
-
I'll admit that I've always been much better at killer than survivor, so I've never really experienced how oppressive a very good Nurse or Blight can be, so maybe my answer would change if I ever did reach that level. However, for the time being, my answer is Freddy. He's not even a very strong killer, but playing against…
-
Imagine logging into DBD after work to try to relax and these are the survivors you get lmao
-
I also like watching Hens on YT... :D
-
Can you imagine Impossible Skillchecks Doc being effective on every map instead of only The Game and School maps? The killer main in me loves the idea, but the empath who wants everybody to enjoy the game is like this: ":o"
-
Still boring to sit for twenty seconds and not do anything. Also, I play more killer than survivor so it doesn't bother me as much. I was just answering the question.
-
Have you really not considered that people are playing Xeno so much because the chapter just came out? People want to play the new stuff; not everybody is out to get you, man.
-
Not saying it should be kept, but they're obviously in no hurry to buff him so...
-
This is the only play-style that makes Trapper even semi-viable, at least at higher MMR. Blame BHVR for indirectly nerfing him with map sizes and the terrible new grass on it, not the players for doing the one thing that actually works.
-
You guys are only getting tunneled by Xenomorphs? ... :(
