Charms aren't based on the pants, they always move based on the tops. If you wear Jakes long "Sullen Ronin" shirt, it places the charms towards the front because the shirt is so long on all sides.

It's entirely possible those first two bugs are the same thing. If you hold SHIFT for even a small amount, you won't get heals for that small bit. So for instance if you hold SHIFT for half the heal, you'll only get a quarter of your Solidarity. Solidarity works perfectly fine provided you do not hold SHIFT. It's just that…
