Why can't you change killers in lobby now? I know it was in place for the MMR matchmaking but it isn't in game currently. So why?

Survivors can't safely vault or use pallets, making it frustrating to get away. He can bait his attack if he taps his power making it a guessing game if you're trying to 360 or something similar (*EDIT: This is ONLY in open spaces). Honestly Ruin was such a crutch for killers. It was so boring playing against a trash killer patrol 3 gens around Ruin. Now survivors can actually play game without a crutch perk RUINing the match. Thx BHVR devs <3
As a David main I am saddened everytime I see someone with the skin. I don't know why they didn't put it in store when they left the Halloween skins, from the same year, in there. I don't think it'd be difficult to add it back even after the event. Does any other David main feel the same?
