The hatch is a poor design choice. If you go too ham survivors just say "nope". Key in hatch 3 escape. Why in a pvp game, would you give anyone the option of saying "nope too hard" and leaving? No more skill checks that require you to press 1 button to win. Maybe transport one objective to a place. Repair something else. Create side objectives…
The doctor rework looks good so far. Ruin forces killers to apply crazy pressure. Now, knowing this, could we say that the devs intend to rework killers to be really good/OP and perks mediocre?

As you all know ruin is a crutch perk. It is also a great way to not get gen rushed until its cleansed. Nerfing ruin would suck for killers in general. I think a minotaur and a maze map would be cool. A killer with a chain pull too. More interaction with the killer is definitely the way to go. Killers like the plague that add another layer to the game.
Playing killer is not fun, it feels like work. You have to hook survivors 3 times each, while they repair multiple generators. The game is made to favor survivors.
