Corrupt Purge
When a survivor cleanses the infection in a fountain, the fountain turns to blood. The Plague can use this blood fountain to power up their vomit, making it injure the survivor. Calling it now, The Plague will vomit blood when using corrupt purge. Sounds amazingly disgusting.

Another New Killer Ability Guess
Killer will have posts to hang censers, either the same lanturn posts from the previous events or ability to hang them like the teaser photo. They'll be able to cloud themselves in smoke and teleport from censer to censer for map control or gain visibility when they are within range. Just throwing out a guess.
