Just wanted to show some love for the hard work that went into the Onryo's sound design and visuals! The musical sound cues are phenomenal. I'm really loving the attention to detail that's been paid to her animations, and her new goopy corpse skin has got to be one of my favorites in the entire game. I think the way that…
Genuine question. Who was this HUD made for? I find it hard to believe that there wasn't a specific reason as to why this HUD was made and delivered, despite overwhelming playerbase pushback. The only thing that comes to mind is the Sonic the Hedgehog movie and how that hideous first design was pushed onto the animators by…
Animations I like the fluidity of the new transitional animations (ex. turning on the heel, falling into the dying state)! I think that they add a nice touch of realism. However, I think that it's a bit jarring to see the survivors standing so upright because they don't feel very scared of the killer anymore. The new…
What if map offerings prevented you from being sent to that specific map, instead of sending you there? I feel like that would solve some issues that Killers have with survivors being able to send them to whatever map they please, particularly if they don't have a map-cancelling offering.
While wearing Claudette's "Official Botanist Apron" cosmetic, the white name tag card will sometimes experience a physics bug and jerk around. The most recent time that I've experienced this bug was on the Autohaven map, so I'm unsure if the bug is tied to the graphical update or not.
The newer, smoother animations are gorgeous -- the new picking-yourself-up, the new falling animation -- the transitions feel cleaner and much less jarring. Props to the animators for putting together pretty animations that flow and add a touch of realism! I can't imagine that it's easy to smooth out the actions of…
I'm going to preface this by saying that I don't have a full grasp on how Pig's traps' RNG works, so bear with me. The Trapper's new trap RNG seems like a great change in the way of consistency, and we'll see some evidence in favor of/against this with the PTB. Would something like this be a good change for the Pig? I feel…
I know I'm not alone when I say that playing this game has begun to feel repetitive. Dead by Daylight has one game mode, one place for both casual and competitive players to go, and looking forward to the release of one new killer and five new perks every three months does not feel like a substantial deviation from the…
