We know that overcharge goes from 75% normal regression speed to 200% over 30 seconds. However, the rate at which it goes from 75 -> 200 is not clear. I am pretty sure it's not a linear progression. So, can someone or the devs give me the formula for the way regression goes from 75 to 200?

Huntress has 2 wind-up time addons, but how is the total wind-up time calculated while using one or both of these addons? For example, for manna grass braid, is the wind-up time calculated like 1.25/ (1 + 0.2)= 1.0416 seconds ? or is it more simply 1.25 - 1.25 * 0.2 = 1.
