Why do survivors all want a slap on the butt on the way out of the match?

The event seems to have broken the game....
....I keep getting stuck in loading screens for so long with no bar indicating its progress. I end up ctrl+alt+del out of it. Also, the awakening ritual was broken. I should've gotten it 4 times over and never did.

The emblem system badly needs reworked. You can basically crouch around the map, participate in repairs on a few generators, run in to get 1 or 2 people off the hook, maybe heal them up as well, and that's basically a guaranteed pip.
