The important thing to understand is that it's a For Honor event, not an event for both games (which is what everyone assumed from calling it a crossover). We just get a charm as a thanks.5 -

Huge nerf, to an already poor perk. "Slow down totem boon/cleansing a little teehee" is definitely not worthy of a hex perk. Increase the slowdown and make it a regular perk.4
