Exhaustion perks nerf idea
Dead Hard was perfectly balanced, so should be other exhaustion perks, that currently cause problems to weaker side while being pointless to stronger side. My idea is:
After being unhooked, exhaustion perks activate and can be used. This would include:
→ Sprint burst, can now be used by ability button
→ Dramaturgy
→ Lithe
→ head On
After unhooking survivor you can unlock single use on those perks:
→ Smash Hit
→ Balanced Landing
Every perk is deactivated once used untill reactivated again.
Re: Why keep killers playing this game at high mmr?
i play this game since 2020 and i even participated in smaller tournaments (mostly as survivor though). i 4k-ed most of the time when i were at the top of my game 2022-2023, that's why i'm so "entitled" and have high expectations on myself. Well, all of the survs i play against (the non-anon ones) have high amount of hours, some state they play in teams, a lot of them in swf's (according to their friendlist) which i guess isn't uncommon if you play this game regularly so it is to be expected. there is no mmr-reset i think. i think i know how to do well but what worked back then doesn't work as good nowadays. i guess player skill has increased overall (it would make sense). gen speed doesn't have to change if the band-aid perks or items or maps have changed, which can affect gen speed as well. the pallet density has made the game more braindead imo, while you can play around a lot of them it makes the game harder for m1's who already struggle with map pressure/control
Re: Extend the duration of the Year of the Horse challenges
Are you serious? Those are 6 quests, which likely take you 2-3 games to complete, probably. As if you cant find enough time for 3 games within 12 days.
Re: Why keep killers playing this game at high mmr?
At high MMR, you either tunnel or you lose. What killer are you playing? If it's Pig or something like that, then it would be weird to expect anything else. Also, at high MMR the amount of "subtle" cheaters and sweat squads skyrockets, and due to the nature of the game's balance, if a 4man is coordinated enough, there is absolutely nothing you can do as a killer weaker than Ghoul. In tournaments, weak killers compete with hook states, it's almost always 5gens done. So if you want to continue playing someone of Pig tier, you would be better off just sliding down on your MMR a bit.
Re: The Skull Merchant Rework So Far?
Thank you for commenting this like I said above I have been very busy and haven’t been able to pay much attention to DBD. It does saddens me that they are not considering the drone pilot idea anymore, but they cannot just leave this pathetic shell of a power as her power, the fact they are considering this is actually insulting for all the people who bought the chapter or play her. if they leave her as is and claim they won’t rework her I still see them reworking her at some point in the future because this power is so pathetic it makes mid tier killers look like top killers. The drone crash power I feel would have been very good and healthy for the game overall, in my opinion they should reconsider it.
Re: Oni is too strong and too common in 2v8.
I think it's just how he is in power all the time which is oppressive, I feel like they should do something about the duration/how easy it can snowball.
Maybe make blood orbs despawn after a long while?
Re: Eleven Immersion Feedback: Nosebleed & Hand Animations
I do feel having a perk which was like her power would have been nice honestly though
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
I stand by my words.
If they can't let a bot killer take over, well too bad for survivors, I guess they don't get to finish whatever random task they assigned themselves. Killers should still be able to abandon if they want once the exit gates open, and suffer no MMR or BP loss how survivors can.
Re: strongest 2v8 killer classes in your opinion?
they're all pretty bad. not like it matters because their passive abilities all get 60 second cooldowns after using them (or not using them, looking at Fearmonger). They don't really matter that much.
Re: Oni is too strong and too common in 2v8.
I don't know if you guys share those thoughts but I feel like 2v8 is getting too competitive…
