DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THE WESKER CHANGES
The wesker changes are horrible. In the ptb you cannot instaflick which makes it not possible to do many techs and makes him feel more clunky. The buff to hugtechs is amazing but do not change anything else about his tech.

Trickter's Delusion Gen location markers do not work.
If I'm not mistaken, Tricker's Delusion has neon signs on buildings to indicate to survivors that a generator is inside. However, these do not work. Wesker is now unplayable
He can’t insta flick anymore, can’t rebound, and these weird delays on his bound make him borderline useless. In one single ptb he’s gone from B tier to F. He’s just a worse version of Dracula dog form now. No one even asked for this why do it? Just revert it entirely

I think they should leave him at 4.4m/s however when he is out of Knives he should then be 4.6 m/s just like how Springtrap works with his Axe. Further more they should apply this to Huntress when she is out of Hatchets and Deathsliinger when he needs to reload. The other 4.4 Killers Hag and Vecna can stay as 4.4.
