I didn't really know enough about the next chapter to be hyped or not. DnD is a massively diverse IP to bring into DBD. There are literally infinite options they could have gone with. I don't really know anything about Vecna's lore other than Joe Manganiello had something to do with becoming cannon to the lore. Also, I…

Lol, jaded much? The funny part is there is the tiniest shred of truth to what you are saying but it's 99% hyperbole.
-
Just comes down to hit boxes and latency. Pallets effective range is a little big bigger than is visually represented.
-
If you want to run fun perks, then run fun perks. Don't make excuses. A large part of players problems stems from constantly using meta perks. These perks carry them into a higher MMR than they have the actual skill for. Then once they are in a higher MMR than they have the skill for, they are pushed into a situation where…

I missed the memo. Next chapter will be licensed and related to D&D?

People on these forums seem to assume all too often that the average player is amazingly skilled at the game. The vast majority of players aren't capable of looping an M1 killer indefinitely, especially with one health state. Being broken is indisputably a huge handicap for the majority of the player base regardless of who…
-
This post feels like killer bait to get survivors to use bad perks. Broken for the whole match is a massive downside.
-
I think it is a huge buff.
-
You are confused. Chucky got buffed.
-
You seem to be assuming that all players are created equally. Plenty of players struggle to earn bloodpoints. Those players are going to struggle to stay alive regardless of the quality of perks they run. At the very least they won't die after earning 5,000 BP. I think this would be a nice little boost for players still…

I wouldn't describe this as a "fix" to anything. The idea is simply to make using underused perks a little less punishing. There will never be a world in which all perks have equal value. I don't think that should even be a goal. But adding an incentive that doesn't effect balance is at least something.
-
Which is why it shouldn't be a big deal to add this bonus to other underused perks. It's a minor thing but still might nudge the needle a little to more perk diversity. Edit: also, prove thyself isn't an underused perk. It doesn't need any extra incentive to use it.
-
You are confused. They took away bonuses from BBQ and WGLF because they raised the maximum amount of bloodpoints players can earn in a trial. I'm referring to bonuses that increase the amount earned per event type but will not increase past the maximum. There are already several examples of this currently in game. No One…

No thanks. I don't want to see more Doctors running around.
-
It takes the killer like a second to snuff out a boon and the survivor like 20 seconds to light it. Pretty sure the killer is coming out ahead on that trade. I'll happily keep snuffing out the same totem if they are just going to keep lighting it. Survivors working on boons aren't working on gens. Besides, if this really…
-
I'd love that so much. Especially if he would occasionally break out into dance while in the lobby like in that music video.
-
Because you don't need to "tryhard" when there is only one survivor left? Sometimes it is a flex. Like you know and I know that you'd be dead if I wanted you dead but out of my magnanimous nature, I'll let you crawl away this time. Sometimes it's just being nice. Sometimes it's an effort to keep your MMR a little lower so…
-
Unless I was trying to work toward a specific goal like "escape via hatch", I would just try to get in one last chase and move on to the next match. You are wasting your own time.
-
Killers on these forums are more entitled than survivors.
-
Quitting over the adrenaline nerf is one of the weakest excuses I've ever heard of. That is like a paper thin excuse. Seriously. If you want to quit then quit. But don't blame the adrenaline nerf.
-
I don't know how this is even a debate. Using any 3rd party software to give an in game advantage is clearly cheating. It is pretty much the definition of cheating. It is one of the arguments I made against cross platform gaming when that was pushed on us.
-
I don't want to sound condescending when I say this, but maybe just play a couple more games first. There is a learning curve to the game. A lot of it will just start making sense naturally after a few games. Also this is a game where you need to have some thick skin. If you have a difficult time with things like smack…
-
I hate to say it but I kind of agree with the troll on this one. That perk is a huge detriment to all survivors. It would be for the best if no one ever used it. With that said, I would never personally do this to another player. Like the old saying goes "two wrongs doesn't make a right".
-
Doctor, Plague, and Legion are my least favorite killers to play against. I wouldn't DC against any of them because that just screws the other survivors over but I pretty much hate every second of those matches. Win or lose. It's just miserable. So I can at least understand why someone would do it but I hate players that…
-
I've never really put any thought into it before, but you are right. Actually, Legion might even be stronger since getting the 5 hit down would be much more reliable. I wouldn't recommend running them together because they'd fill the same role.
-
I've always thought this would make sense. I think he should have 2 sets of powers. His dream snares and environmental traps. In addition to fake pallets, I think he should be able to put up barriers where broken walls exist that allow him to pass through freely but survivors in the dream state can not pass through. Maybe…
-
80 seconds might be too long but 45 sounds too short. I think 60 seconds would be the sweet spot.
-
If only there was some sort of counter-play for Demogorgon's portals. Perhaps a way to disable them or something. Then it might be fair. (that was sarcasm btw)
-
There is absolutely no reason to think this will ever happen.
-
I hate these types of posts. It's always BS excuses. The reason you've lost interest in the game is because you have played it too much and now you are bored of it. Players need to learn there is no perfect version of any video game. Whatever problem you perceive to be in this game is exactly why another person loves it.…
-
You are making a lot of assumptions here. You are assuming the player is a killer. You are assuming that running certain perks are unfair. You are assuming what the other side perceives to be fun. You are assuming that there is such as a thing as a "fair game" at all in DBD. The correct answer is the same whether or not…
-
Yeah, that makes sense. Selfish losers ruin everything for everyone. You would think if they care about the game enough to want those things, they wouldn't want to ruin the experience for themselves when other players pull the same crap. Also, this doesn't seem like it would be all that hard to solve. Just make it so when…
-
I don't doubt the validity of the claim but my question is "why?". What purpose does loading into a game and being AFK serve? Is this just one of those things where people will try to buy accounts with characters at max level so they go through some kind of 3rd party account seller who uses bots to farm blood points and…
-
I would actually be really mad if this was iridescent. I'd be fine with them adding this at yellow or brown rarity though.
-
Just to be clear, this would be a significant buff. While I don't hate the idea, the question is "does Nemesis need buffed?".
-
The "punishment" for being a laggy killer is dealing with lag. It is a two way street. Yes, as a survivor it is frustrating when you vault a window and get hit 6 feet on the other side. You know what is equally if not more frustrating? Chasing after a phantom survivor that disappears in front of you. It's the equivalent of…

I've been advocating for alternate game modes for literally years now. So happy to see them finally a reality. Here are a few of my suggestions: Specific Killer VS Specific Survivor using only their perks at rank 3. For example, The Shape vs Laurie, The Clown vs Kate, or The Pig vs Detective Tapp. Super Speed: Both killer…
-
I can understand the desire to pick your killer but there could be some real technical issues with many of the killers. How would deathslinger work for instance. His spear would be bigger than survivors and since the killer is literally taller than many of the objects in the environment he can just shoot over them. The…
-
Entirely too many players take Otz's opinions as gospel. Otz is entitled to his opinion as much as anyone. But he is human and he is flawed just like the rest of us. Don't put so much weight to his words.
-
I just view it as a novelty. I like that they did it and hope they continue to add more experiences like this in the future though. I think alternate game modes are the perfect venue to make daring and bold changes without upsetting anyone. Maybe, just maybe, they will find a game mode that is so fun it may be added as a…
-
If it breaks the game then keep it as is. But it is hard to see how different skins will make any difference.
-
3 things I want to see changed. 1 - triple the amount of bloodpoints earned per event. I don't mean an end game modifier either. I mean for each individual event that happens in the game, triple the amount normally received. (if a hit normally gives 300 bloodpoints, give 900 instead). The entire match is really short. Only…
-
I get why players hated the original 3 gen chess merchant. That was genuinely awful. But rework merchant isn't that bad imho. She is nowhere near as oppressive as people in this thread make her sound. I'd take a skull merchant over doctor, plague, or legion any day. (not saying those killers are op, I just hate playing…
-
Lol, sounds like the OP is either trolling or out of touch with the community. Just a quick scroll through of responses seem to have the majority putting him in B tier. I generally agree with that assessment.
-
I play on console and I play anonymous. I could simply give two craps what survivors want to complain about. Back in the day, anonymous wasn't an option and I didn't always have my profile set up to block unwanted messages or friend invites so I've seen my fair share of salt. All the typical stuff. Though to be absolutely…

I will agree with Pyramid Head does need an overhaul on his addons as they are generally bad across the board. I think Cage of Atonement addons are questionable in nature though. A monstrous shrine addon is pretty bad in general. On the one hand it is hard for Pyramid Head to capitalize on his effect since if he gets close…
-
The answer to your question is "yes". It would be excessive if it was active at the start of the match. That was what was learned over several years of testing. I think dead hard is in a good place now. It still sees use and can be game changing. But killers don't have to worry about their first chase being extended an…

First of all, welcome to the forums OP. I don't think most experienced players would put Xenomorph above B Tier. Certainly not the most overpowered. It has plenty of counter play with the flame turrets.
