I never stated that I needed a 4k every time, nor am I salty about anything. I annihilate most of my competition so there's nothing to be salty about. I spoke on it being very difficult to pull off without survivors making an error in judgment. Most players aren't as good as I am and I see where BHVR is making their…

Not sure why they keep making these bad decisions. I keep trying to tell BHVR this game was designed incorrectly. Just bad. No amount of cameos can save it. It's destined to fail because of poor execution and the all inclusive approach to updating. I don't get paid to make this game better, and I never get notoriety for…
-
I had a few friends quit as well. It's a shame. We want to enjoy the game.
-
I'm sorry, but why does it seem like BHVR can't do anything right? What is going on? When some killers have to be restricted from the mode that's how you know it's not balanced, fair or fun. Anything built on a faulty foundation is going to continue to be faulty by design. Lights out is too survivor tilted. It's four…
-
These developers don't reward solo play. Their whole score system is backwards. You would think a survivor would be rewarded greatly for AVOIDING the killer's attention like in the movies, but no, the stealthy survivor gets punished for not getting spotted and pursued. I will be doing all the gens by myself while my team…
-
Why can't they make anything without all these glitches? How hard is it to make a clean game? What am I not understanding. Too many things with this Castlevania update is bugged. I am having the same issue on killer side and it's just another bug that's annoying and avoidable. Double-check your work.
-
I'm having the same issue on PS5. They're claiming that I have a duplicate account with the same exact credentials, but that is absurd. I still haven't gotten my rewards. I can't even link my Playstation account.
-
My issue with hexes is the conspicuous hiding places the put the totems. There's no need to search when the hex is right in front of the survivor's face as they walk around. It's actually ridiculous, yet when I'm playing as survivor, the totems get hidden like where's Waldo. Just like when I play survivor I get teamed with…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEqd8-bwvgw Here is a display of what you requested.

It could also be a means of distracting the killer. While another player goes somewhere else to do a generator.
-
I wanted to further add about Trapper that it makes no sense for him to be injured or hindered by his own bear traps. The whole theme of the character is that he is a sadomasochist with all the metal pipes, spikes and nails stuck in his skin, so why does stepping on a bear trap bother him? I think it would be more creepy…

I suggested this idea about 2 years ago. Everybody all but hated it because they couldn't envision the idea working. "The difference a day makes", now some years later plyers are ready for it. I'm glad you are one of the few that sees the potential in this killer idea.
-
There is no guarantee that you will face a killer with Franklin's, so that in itself is already the balance. However, if the offering bought in is White Ward, then it should do what I suggested instead being forced to drop the item completely making White Ward useless. Instead, what Franklin's can do is deplete all the…

The Unknown should have had extremely long sharp-looking crooked nails or had hedgers attached to its arms.
-
The other non-IP survivors should be caught up, or more original survivors of diversity should be added. There is too much focus on only select characters (just) because they're popular. I would like to see more dark-skinned character options as well. There isn't enough to appear varied.
-
Oh, and Laurie Strode?
-
Had they put effort into the design to make The Unknown truly a mimic, it would have synergized well with Knock Out. The Unknown would be able to fake the dying state, and in this state, it would look like the survivor it knocked down, and be able to show its aura to other survivors that would attempt to pick him up. Now…
-
No offense, but that's a fortunate moment for you. Tell me what exactly Nemesis does to aid him in finding survivors or being able to regulate generators that are on par with Legion, and the others I mentioned.
-
Nemesis is practically useless in this mode. This Lights Out mode is pure chagrin. The fact that survivors can blow through generators is just ridiculous. The killer gets no scratch marks to track and is just as lost as the survivors that OUTNUMBER them. The survivors have access to chests that hold TOOL BOXES that allow…
-
And if they do?
-
With all due respect that's really a YOU problem. Because you know what people try to mean by crouching in front of you and the like, you let it bother you, and you want BHVR to do something about people misusing a basic function in the game like crouching because players taunt you with it? Are you that sensitive? Is your…
-
I completely agree, and many PC players cheat anyway.
-
Why does this kind of stuff even matter?
-
I am iridescent IV on survivor with no pips now. Originally I was iridescent III, but I keep getting a -1 to progress because I'm very good at staying out of sight even after a hook rescue. The other survivors leave scratch marks and the killer typically hunts them down. I escape only to find I'm losing a grade for NOT…
-
I don't even consider this a challenging debate. The fact that you believe that killers SHOULD even inherently know where the survivor is on the map in, and of itself, tells me all I need to know about your mentality. Ghostface for example is so broken that practically having a "Spider-sense" that does NOT allow a survivor…
-
Sir, that's what it means to "Meet your match". You should look at it as a compliment. The algorithm thinks you need a challenge because you were winning 80% to 90% of your matches. Now you've been humbled. Rise to the occasion and do better. I get the same challenge, but I make sure to hook at least 2 out of the 4. Use…
-
Aura reading ruined this game, to begin with.
-
Distortion is not as powerful as you make it seem. As a killer player myself most of you rely on aura reading far too much with very little skill displayed. Killers have far too many options already as it is) to overcome just about everything that survivors can do. The matching mechanic is already set so the algorithm…
-
Well, then you made his point. They should have anticipated proxy camping. Therefore his OP still stands. SMH
-
Criticizing someone for their opinion is silly. Complain about what you care about and I'll do the same.
-
Yeah, I'm aware, but they didn't. They'll be on the side of the hook trying to align themselves or something. Prioritizing hooks over breaking out is still not fair when you consider that the killer already has way too many advantages as it is. They get an inherent power, then their four perks, plus whatever extra buffs…
-
I have been saying it for a long time... BHVR needs to add a timer to the matches. The lack of expeditious improvements to this game is staggering. There should be a night-to-day cycle, the last survivor should get rescued, escape, or be released by the entity. Not killed. Handing the last survivor over to the killer just…
-
It is, thanks.
-
Thanks. All of these can be adjusted accordingly. I'm just suggesting the overall idea. I don't need to know all the intricacies of the game (like balancing, and the like) to propose a good foundation of an idea. Thanks for taking the time to read the OP anyway.
-
Perhaps, but hopefully, you get my point.

I agree with you on everything. That's what I meant for the first perk. It's meant to be activated during the attempt of being picked up. I understated the distance in the third perk so the community wouldn't be quick to think it was OP.
-
STRATEGY can overcome just about any killer. You just either need to play better or have a better team of SWF. If randoms become uncoordinated, then distance yourself from them in the match and be the sole survivor.
-
They messed up the game when they added aura-reading perks that made being stealthy useless. They also have continued to ignore the fact that the game needs to have more alternative purposes other than simply repairing generators. Maybe we can save someone that's new to the fog realm. Or what if when a new character is…
-
Let's not forget the ridiculous oversight of making it so that a player using No Mither will still automatically bleed blood bubbles for the Oni to track when the perk is not supposed to allow a No Mither survivor to bleed AT ALL. How about No Mither already being a detriment to the entire team for the WHOLE MATCH if the…
-
That can't be abused IF the killer is NOT camping. It's really not hard to comprehend. Don't camp, no penalty. Very simple. You guys act like survivors or killers who haven't found things to "abuse" that are already in the game. Really?
-
Remember, (you just have to read the message carefully) you'll notice I wrote that as long as they ARE NOT engaged with a survivor they would incur the penalty. Being looped by a hooked survivor IS engagement. Right? Besides, there is no reason for a killer to linger around a hooked survivor for more than 10 seconds if…
-
Not really, but I did cover that. You have to read everything before replying.
-
I agree. Unfortunately playing stealthily goes unrewarded compared to a player the is deliberately in the killer's face. I prefer stealth as well.
-
I do play killer and am more often than not successful. I main Nemesis, and usually 4k 80% of my trials with all iridescent. Just to elaborate. I escape most of my matches because I don't rescue people. It is that dependency that the killers rely on in order to gain victory. I don't need you to understand. Couldn't care…
-
Yes, definitely have done that and it is a good one.
-
First off, I appreciate the compliment. The problem with what you wrote is that you assume that everyone is good at looping, and my opinion about looping, auras, or perks is in no way an indicator that I can't deal with any of the mechanics in the game. I'm actually extremely exceptional at the game. It's no more than you…
-
The point is moot because they are fixing Distortion, but to address your statement... I used the two in conjunction with each other because theory they work well, except one (Distortion) gets depleted too fast. I don't expect the majority of the community with a basic orthodox mindset to understand a player doing…
-
I escape most of my matches, but my OP still stands true. The algorithm matches players to the countermeasure of whatever perk they are using. If there is no killer with a counter to whatever perk you are using, it takes a long time to find a match.
-
You guys and your nonsensical statements. It's like you guys being at a weight-loss event and someone complains that they're not losing weight the way they thought they would on the diet they've been on, and the most intelligent statement you can blurt out is "DON'T EAT!" I hope you don't meditate to come up with this…
