To be honest, I genuinely think it is harder to be decent as a survivor than it is as a killer. I have ~150h as a surv and ~200h as a Killer but I am far better as a Killer than as a surv. The Entity knows very well how much I suck as a survivor and it pains me 😥

Nurse and Plague, definetly. Supportive Plague and Snowballer Nurse. Plague with slowdown perks like Ruin, Undying. Keep everyone injured, one tap for Nurse guaranteed + still has a huge snowball potential when played correctly. Nurse with snowball perks : Agitation, Starstruck, Infectious fright.

Last two weeks I played quite a lot (50h) and earned ~5M BP Killer rank 4 Surv rank 8 350.000 free BP 350 / 5000 * 100 = 7% BHVR rewards me with 7% of what I earned. Why do you guys even complain ?
