I actually jumped from that, that was a jumpscare and a half.

We got a heads up on social media, but not everyone keeps up with that, such as myself, I only found out about this because a friend told me about it. Nothing about this was put into the ingame "new" tab.

Prove Thyself was a perk that, in my opinion, people complained about for the wrong reasons. Yes, in imaginary hypotheticals, Survivors could complete Generators insanely quickly, but they lose the pressure of splitting Generators, which optimally, splitting Generators was generally better in most cases. Prove Thyself did…

That combined with the fact that she turns into a giant monster and Id like to see more giant monsters in DBD, something along the lines of Demo but bigger and a bit more alien/monster-like.

(For some reason it send the same message twice, Idk how, I hope a mod will just delete this post since it should not have posted twice.)
-
Might be an unpopular opinion but Deep Wounds is generally fine the way it is and doesnt need to be buffed or nerfed in any way. Nerfing it too much will make it a useless effect. It acts as a time waster, it delays heals. It can still be lethal in some cases since it prevents Survivors from doing actions that take a long…

Ive always been a Demo main, even back when I played on Console, which is why I was excited when Stranger Things came back since I could actually buy them on PC and wasnt forced to play on PS4 to play Demo. Blight was my side-main after they messed with the Curve timing on Billy by changing it from 0.75 to 1 second; but…

This is what my post implies. In fact, I mention games that remove the bug but add it as a feature.
-
I just play normally, if they die or live, it happens. Ideally you want them to lose so they lose MMR and get paired with other new players, but matchmaking isn’t perfect, so I tend to just play like I normally do.

~ Anniversary cosmetic for Demogorgon (kind of like what they did for Ghostface)… or just new cosmetics in general. ~ That's about it.
-
I play a lot of DBD on both sides, I rarely have matches where all Survivors die at 5 Generators remaining; I think it's only happened twice to me within the past two months or so for me (1 as Killer, 1 as Survivor). In general, 4Ks are not that common to begin with. Most of the time I get 3Ks as Killer or the Killer gets…
-
Agreed. Removing the ability for Survivors to play around pallets entirely for 15-20 seconds is amazing. It's really underrated.
-
Im sorry, but how do you make a Tier List and put half the Killers in A-Tier? Not trying to be rude or anything, just I really don’t understand what basis you’d use to come to that conclusion. For me, a lot of Killers are within B-Tier and C-Tier, obviously not the entire pool of Killers, but a majority are just “decent”,…

As a Nea main, I like the way you draw Nea… that being said, I do like all of your art, but I love to see Nea drawn sometimes. (Though I kind of feel like you are slowly converting me to a Yui main since Ive been playing her a lot more.)

Meg is kind of just chillin' there, hangin' around.

Ngl, I was expecting posts like these, but Ill just say it again… It's April Fools, it's a fun sidemode, it's not meant to be taken seriously.

Granted, even with an endgame build, I don’t think 10 stacks of Coup are even needed. Not to say that it shouldn’t be changed, but Ive never used Coup and been in the position where I felt like I needed to have all 10 stacks, since if I did, I would probably be losing horribly anyways.
-
Discussions like this don’t really add much in terms of constructive feedback towards the game, I think they only fuel “us vs them” arguments that lead the game nowhere. I would actually recommend addressing problematic areas of the game and providing ideas and constructive criticism in regards to fixing said problematic…

I get this map often, which is funny bc it’s my least favorite map, it’s a visually unappealing map (for me at least), and the large amounts of tall grass brings me great pain due to my Red-Green Colorblindness. (Yes, I use Colorblind settings. I have to state this since every single time I post about an issue with my…

:O Mind sharing what you’ve been playing? Ive personally been doing Modded Terraria (Calamity Mod, Magic Storage, Boss Checklist and Recipe Browser), Risk of Rain: Returns, and a decent bit of Warframe since we got new content recently. Oh yea, and Helldivers 2.

This is a Background Player issue tbh. If you remove Flashbang from the picture, they will just swap to Flashlights or Pallet Stuns. Background Player is, unfortunately, too good at doing its job. It provides too much speed, lasts way too long, and has an easy proc condition. People used Sprint Burst before, since it was…

I believe that it is 10% by default, but can be further modified with other perks. It is noteworthy that missed Skill Checks do not contribute to the 8-Regression Limit that Generators now have, so given the right build, it can absolutely punish the Survivors’ mistakes and/or bad RNG (e.g. getting a Skill Check when…
-
Surge/Jolt is a good perk, but I would not go as far as saying it’s OP. I think Surge/Jolt is fair and balanced since it has a lot of restrictions for it’s effect, and it punishes Survivors a fair bit for making mistakes but isn’t “over the top” enough to be an issue.
-
Honestly… yea. I agree with this. Even in older DBD, Hex: Ruin (pre-rework) and Pop Goes could be insanely strong back then. Granted, it relied on RNG and a lot of luck to make sure Hex: Ruin was not cleansed, but against a majority of the playbase it would bring matches down to a crippling crawl for pretty much every…
-
The DBD Forums does not cover DBD Mobile, since DBD Mobile and managed and operated independently from BHVR.
-
People have already pointed out why Hex: Devour Hope is the way that it is, so to avoid being redundant, I’ll just leave you with this: ~ If finding the Hex Totem is an issue, I can recommend running Small Game to help; you can also bring a Map (item), with the "Track The Killer's Belongings" addon (which saves a perk slot…

No reason or anything? If you are going to leave, or make a post about it, dont edge us like this, at the very least.

(This got merged into another Thread, I spent so long typing this only for it to be buried into another Thread… thanks.) This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think removing stuff like the "Hug Tech" is bad for the game. OTHER EXPLOITS WERE MADE MECHANICS… In DBD, we've seen a long series of bugs and glitches become…

If the Killer puts in work to down the Survivor, it denies the Survivor their perk. Likewise with H: NOED, if the Survivors take the time to cleanse Dull Totems, it denies the Killer their perk. I think it is a fair exchange. H: NOED is the Yin to Adrenaline's Yang, both are equals and opposites.
-
I mean, at least now you can stack a lot more anti-tunnel perks compared to before… not like anyone will use them anyways, since people stopped running perks that solve their issues like Unbreakable or DS a long time ago for some reason.
-
OP was arguing that Twins had nothing, and proposed that they should add a Haste effect, even though the Developer Update mentioned Haste being added; OP even mentions misreading the Developer Update, which just happens sometimes, people make mistakes like that fairly often, including myself. Also Reverse never mentioned…
-
The difference is how their powers fundamentally function. Twins was forced into a slugging playstyle bc of how their power works. Oni has the option to slug, but they fundamentally are not required to.
-
Kind of my line of thinking. I never had issues with Hug Teching since it was normally easy to predict and counter; and I like it since it added a layer of depth to both sides. Bump Logic is a more consistent, and by proxy, more boring way of getting hits. And basically forces the Blight to play each specific tileset the…

"Do you really think Survivors have the luxury to run off-meta perks if they want to win?" Depends. SoloQ = Definitely no. SWF = Yes, since they can coordinate better to make use of off-meta things. If you want to criticize a perk being weak, that's one thing, but I think your argument is better suited for talking about…

^ I dont have anything to add to this honestly, I think this is the shortest and most concise way to respond to this post.
-
I think people are overblowing how "bad" Adrenaline is now. Ill probably still consider bringing Adrenaline into my matches, granted, it wont be as good as before, it definitely got a massive nerf, but I still think it is decent enough to considered "useable", if not "viable" given certain situations. Im honestly surprised…
-
Obviously there is a TOS that everyone must follow, but outside of that I dont think any player should be forced to follow an imaginary set of rules. If something was really "problematic", it should be addressed by the developers with sweeping core gameplay changes; other players should not shame or play "community…

Made For This only works while Injured. When you use FTP, you are considered Healthy, meaning you shouldnt get Endurance from MFT. MFT + FTP was originally bug, and was not intended. Mandy explained this a few times when it got patched since a lot of people were confused about the interaction. FTP transfers the Obsession…

This response makes me think you did not read anything I put, not trying to be rude, of course, but I will address these points: BHVR has a Battlepass, Cosmetic Shop, Limited Time/Collaborative Cosmetics, and Licensed Content that they pull revenue from outside of Non-Licensed Characters, BHVR isnt going to magically…

I edited the post for a reason. My original post did not articulate my thoughts correctly, and in a few areas I used the wrong terms which lead to my post seeming far more harsh than it was really intended to be.
-
Im not shaming people for it. I just said that it bothers me. Im not going to attack or harass someone over it since it's literally just a game. BP Offerings are BP Offerings. It's not so much "dont bring this since it doesnt benefit me" but moreso "why arent you bringing something that at least benefits yourself during…

A Nurse's Calling is not a commonly used perk. I think Ive seen it once in the past year or so.
-
If Im near the Survivor, I normally try to heal them a bit so they can recover faster but they instantly assume Im trying to fully pick them up when Im not trying to (since SoloQ is as SoloQ does). Obviously doing a Generator is better but seeing someone Plot Twist gives me anxiety since Im worried they will get picked up.
-
I wasn’t opposing the idea of making it faster. I was just stating why BHVR probably designed it that way. QOL is almost always a good idea to add.
-
I hope, at the very least, we get an alien or beast Killer since I just want to see more creatures added to the game. I know we have Demogorgon and Xenomorph, but I’d love to see something original so I can have more cosmetics to toy around with.
-
Deliverance in EGC is fine imo. If they managed to not be downed the entire match and get an unhook, I think they deserve to be able to use their perk.
