Deactivating the drones is indeed a waste of time and alerts the SM + she can simply recall them immediately anyway. Of course if she comes calling then you get a scan almost guaranteed.
-
Well the reason I hate her she gets stealth with no tells (like breathing or cloak flapping or even wraith growls), haste, hinder, free injures, anti-loop, and area control - all for just dropping drones, no real other action on her part.
-
We can dream.
-
Prefer more like "Delete this character and both pretend she never existed."
-
You know, survivors adapt to numerous unsafe loops, smaller maps, nerfs to perks, etc. Press w is just all around effective with all the anti-looping killer powers they built into the game now.
-
Sorry but every time I bring a BPS the killer is suddenly a tryhard tunneler/camper....so cake it is.
-
Guess it's intimidating to killers that someone can spend that much bp on a character, but in my experience a lot of the biggest potatoes I run across are p100.
-
Nah, we hate her because she gets to do too much just by dropping drones.
-
One is one too many for me - but I run across an SM about 3-4 times a night. Edit: In fact just starting this evening I had two in a row.
-
They make these maps any smaller and they'll need to reduce the gen requirement to power gates to 4. It's already ridiculous how many 3 gen opportunities killers get in the newer maps.
-
I feel this.
-
They threw 1 million bp at us earlier to 'fix' the problem. So uh, enjoy the inventory clutter, I mean blood moon souvenirs.
-
probably not they tossed 1 mill bp to us earlier for it - guess tossing bp at the problem is supposed to solve things now
-
The thing is she's had such a bad reputation for so long I don't see anyone's opinion changing.
-
Frequency rate seems to skyrocket with the SM though.
-
It's not hard for SM to outplay any survivor - she basically gets free injures but at least Legion tends to run off after.
-
Yeah about 150K bloodpoints I've been forced to spend so far on useless offering. I would like to trade those back please.
-
So we can expect the offering to never work for the event they were designed for and just accumulate in our inventory forever? Nice.
-
Fully agree - killer has any easy mode reset button in camp/tunnel which is outright devastating especially in soloq since they cannot communicate to the others what the killer is doing. Unless they all take a bunch of other info perks which further limit the perks they'd have to choose from to succeed in other areas -…
-
Yes, cannot forget that everything is the survivors' fault.
-
That map is just poor design on gen placement - there should be a second or even third near the theater. The mid is just multiple opportunities for 3-gens.
-
It's highly generous on indoor maps.
-
Pretty much players who just want easy games play her. I really cannot have any respect for them whatsoever. Edit: It's a pity about her reputation (well earned thanks to certain people) - I wanted to main her at one point but gave that up quickly after seeing her in all her 'glory'.
-
Maybe once since it was implemented, because most killers know they can stay just out of trigger range and still camp you just fine. It does next to nothing.
-
Yeah since they cannot figure a way to take care of the boogey-man 4 man swf with comms and more importantly, survivors who don't dc/suicide on first hook - they've come to nerf everything survivor for this one scenario. Course if you cater to 5% of top tier players, well you just made a game only 5% of players will want…
-
Well, you know, there are five people in a match and we all see our own situation. So the 60% chance of not making it to endgame for most of the players takes forefront over 'win rate' cause the only way survivors win in the matchmaking is if they escape and that's four players affected.. It wasn't so long ago that devs…
-
Not to mention if they get interrupted or out right spooked due to a chase coming nearby they get to start over. Recent game on dead dog saloon I kept seeing this player's aura flicker on and off in the basement throughout the match. The final time was when we were working on the LAST gen and they realized it would be…
-
That's quality development right there - shelve that perk and never look at it again.
-
They're asking for a fair test of skill - large aoe globes that can be fired off every few seconds and go through walls nullifies any of that.
-
I dunno - never really had issues with sore survivors when killing. Guess long as you're not a dick it's fine - your slate is clean. That said - I am a sucker for getting my snoot booped as pig... *sigh*
-
Adrenaline...yeah, so survivor plays the game for most of the match with just 3 perks... finally gets their reward when all 5 gens are done... and we're going to nerf that. Sure, is great when you need it (since it risk reward), but turns out to be a waste the other half the time if you are healthy when the gates power.…
-
I think he has enough going for him right now.
-
Since nerfs have been rampant this past year - a lot survivors ain't going to be tryhard escaping, so they make their own fun.
-
They're both annoying - one makes me press M1 longer than I ever care to and the other bores me even more.
-
Maybe that's the problem - they are never matched against others who are best in the world.
-
It's the most powerful tracking perk there is right now. You should always get perks you don't have off the shrine, especially if they were paid characters, just because they often redo perks so what was trash before maybe...less trash later.
-
I never liked going against one shot killers - but those curves are now insane.
-
If that bothers you, don't try to reason out how the mori would work.
-
Exactly, but they like nerfing good perks as balance so everything is equally bad.
-
Premade nerf? If they want to kill their game, sure.
-
I honestly only play if there is a cosmetic I want. Then I stop playing and go onto to something I can enjoy - just not worth the frustration.
-
It's one of the last remaining perks that actually does something useful for survivors - so sure it's on the list now. It is powerful endgame, but so is noed - even with the totem aura read.
-
That's how they roll unfortunately - either the perks are absolute garbage or if one happens to be decent, rather than balance it, they'll nerf it into oblivion within a few months.
-
There's a missed statement here - Killer is unplayable for bad killer players.
-
Big problem I have is she is the best stealth killer right now - near silent and with all the blind spots around most gens, it's just bleh. She lands free hits if not gen grabs most every match. And she can still just proxy camp the objectives - if you deal with the drones, she knows, if you don't deal with the…
-
They do need to add back the extra couple seconds of stun - least it would be worth something as an anti-tunnel perk again.
-
If counterplay means baiting it out until you either have to swing or the survivor makes the pallet, then dead hards anyway... Dead hard is fine in the open, but that's not when it is most used.
-
I agree a 5th drone with these changes would be better.
-
Well - sometimes it is just one, usually two, but often enough I can get all four with Dead Hard. I've just taken the stance that I mess around and stop playing - it's bad enough they act like they took a hit getting distance while I stand there wiping blood off my weapon - and often save the pallet. So I get nothing for…
