Yeah disappointed by yet another cooldown power gauge that we have to stare at to use our power. Please even if you don't play the PTB express your feedback and make it clear to the developers that the community thinks this is a bad idea.

Oh yeah of course lmao, that's the secret to Billy curving. You slap on the steering addons and it's EZ as OP puts it right haha ;) I just love how he calls it "curve addons" just demonstrating the ignorance of players who don't know how to play the killer but love to have strong opinions on how he should be played.

What are curve addons btw pal? Because it seems to me like you clearly don't know how to play Billy. In fact I'm fairly certain of that and if you were actually asked to prove it you would not be able to hit a decent curve to save your life.

A lot of us Billy really enjoyed using the engraving addons because it made a lot of curves that were not possible on addonless billy actually possible. Best Case Scenario: They scrap it completely. Otherwise, they'd have to tone the overheating down so it's not so limiting and annoying and only happens for those truly unnecessarily long revving (e.g. in the case of facecamping).

Regardless, all I can hope is that the devs reconsider their position on this. Please feel free to tweak Billy's addons as necessary but don't mess with his base kit and give him another plain old power gauge.

Do you believe we need another cooldown/power-guage mechanic? Do you think homogenizing killer powers is a good route for BHVR to go for? Sometimes you can tell an idea is bad without having to play it, yes it's important to do tests and give feedback but I am sure that I will not like it.

I agree that Billy can stomp low-ranks and your average pub team, but compare him to a killer like Spirit. I just don't feel these changes are justified in the slightest, and not being able to pip because they have a one-shot mechanic should not mean a nerf it should mean a change to the pip system to accommodate for that…

Let's do the maths on the exit gate speed - exit gate takes 20 seconds to open, with the current Spine Chill/Resillience combo that would bring it down to 17 seconds. If you look above, the current extra vault speed is only 0.13 seconds faster. Plus that's good, I want it to be more popular in rotation than the currently more used meta perks that provide way more value.
