Yeah no You are taking transparancy to it's extreme. Being transparent as in sharing what's coming, what the design goals are and stuff is important and they do that. Expecting them to file in a report on what they have and haven't worked on is extremely arrogant karen behaviour Sounds to me like you need to get off your…

Very fun thought process, i do think that the screen that divides us hides a lot and most people aren't as bad as they seem sometimes. It is funny that the most unrealistic thing of this post is thinking you can buy all that with winning the lottery only once in todays economy. That mansion with pool is probably going to…
-
Well to be fair survivor is so efficienfy dependent that doing anything that's not doing gens or keeping the killer busy is conciddered throwing. Atleast you can do this one without throwing the game. Unlike certain other hide for 5 minutes between the killers buttcheeks challenges
-
Perfect example When you buy DbD what you are essentially buying is acces to the game. Nothing more, nothing less. Just like you would a concert. Also you might not know this but not every concert has VIP tickets to go backstage, i know i worked at them. Good to see that things don't change much in that the avarage DbD…
-
Not sure if it's a hot take but i know some content creators don't share my oppinion in this. The latest trend of having more and more effects that alter movement speed is a good thing I can get where people are coming from not liking it but for me the idea that a survivor can go to a tile and know for certain they can…
-
Did you buy the VIP Meet & Greet version of DbD?
-
Most players don't care about what's going on behind the scene. As long as there is a game and people enjoy it they will play, no matter the transparency. If you buy tickets to a concert you also don't expect to be allowed backstage do you?
-
I mean they did say please
-
Well like i said, their priorities depend on things we have no clue about and they don't really owe us a explanation about every single thing that happens behind the scenes
-
I don't think it's a case of design philosophy and more of a case of workflow and priorities. Don't forget that Dead by Daylight for the devs is a constant set of deadlines they have to meet. New chapters release every 3 months and they need to be presentable by the time the release date comes. Also take in concideration…

Jackie Chan
-
How can he dominate the game hard now if he isn't in the game yet?
-
I could not be happier right now. Sorry Baldurs gate 3, DbD is going to be my main game again
-
Chucky is a big licence, denying that is honestly silly. Not only was he standing with the other 90's horror icons he's also unlike most of them still relevant today. First half of the 3th season of his tvshow aired just last month. It's underandable to say that Chucky is not your cup of tea but to say he isn't big is…
-
Imo Chucky is one of the biggest ones they don't have yet, especially with Friday the 13th being out of the picture for the moment. Not only was Chucky among the other 90's horror icons he also unlike them never really stopped. The first half of the 3th season of his tvshow was just last month.
-
At the end of the game when all survivors are dead it does show what perks/addons the killer used so if something strange happens it's a good thing to check there
-
In the later movies and tv series he was able to split his soul into multiple dolls so that could be something. That his power is map control by allowing to go to different good guy dolls on the map or something
-
Honestly Springtrap isn't a real contender. I'm somebody that would like to have him but to tease him with a kitchen knife which is something he hasen't used at all untill the recently released movie in which he had it for like 5-10 minutes would be a horrible way to tease him. Outside of Chucky though, i have no idea who…
-
Chucky did a tv show trailer with myers before so even if it's myers knife it just points more to chucky
-
That's true, but atleast they added a FAQ that explains that ST wasen't the actual chapter.
-
More things that point to Chucky. It looks like it's Myers knife that's missing and this is something that happened
-
Teasing a rework (which i don't think they have ever done before) right around the time they could be teasing the new chapter wouldn't be the best of moves.
-
Yeah but it was split into 2 parts cause of the writer strike. If it wasen't for that we would have gotten the full season this year. These chapters are planned a long time in advance. Before the strike happened
-
I'm choosing not to get excitted yet out of fear of dissapointment But... if it wasen't for the strike this dlc would be released very close to the finale of the Chucky tv series 3th season finale right?
-
My headcannon now is they brought it back so they wouldn't lose you
-
You know what. In the most technicality of ways. You are correct. I didn't in the most litteral form sign something. Just did something that is pretty much equivallent in every way. I need to ban "litteraly" from my vocabulary. Been burned too often They aren't really enforceable cause they mostly are filled with ways to…
-
My sibling in christ, the documents that you have to agree to in order to use software is the digital equivallant to signing a contract. It's very much legaly binding
-
Are you being serious?
-
I can never understand how people feel cheated in this scenario. You litteraly had to sign to agree that changes can be made at any point when you start playing the game.
-
As i said, still a decent perk. Just involves some thinking now. Which isn't for everyone i guess. I'm not saying SB or lithe isn't "better", just that you won't do bad with this if you are decent at the game. variety, it's important.
-
I prefer variety over win streaks
-
Last time I checked survivors were almost uncatchable with that 3% boost? that's still the same. First of all if you can only pull of dh once that's on you. If that was the case then Dh would have never been a problem. You use it in scenario's where the killer loses if they decide to delay aka right before a pallet. but…
-
I don't think it's as powerfull as it reads. There are more reasons why Main event was barelly used outside of hardly ever being available. It still slows you down massivelly. Hitting 6 knives on a healthy survivor and then activating main event will i assume more often then not end in you injuring the survivor and the…
-
I think MfT will be fine for solo. Slap on Dead Hard and you have a neat combo. Will it be the absolute best way to guarantee victory? No, but it will be a fun combo that you can pull off effectivelly pretty much every match. Dead hard is still in the top 10 of perks so a lot of players enjoy it and this perk fits…
-
Be real here, this is a knee jerk reaction. Been awhile since i've been on the forums but weren't you the one who said DH is not a good perk cause killers turn it off by hitting you off hook? If killers do it that often you still get vallue out of the perk. It's not hard to get in deep wounds This version of MfT is still…
-
Another absolute fail from players to not know the difference between nerfed and obliterated. I agree it's 100% nerfed. But it still pairs up well with dead hard or other ways to give yourself endurance. Just cause something isn't superstrong and top 10 pickrate doesn't mean it's "obliterated". It's fine. good players can…
-
I think it's a case of let's see. Way to many changes at once for anyone to have a clue. Biggest buff is obviously 4.6 movement but that comes with a increased terror radius so the old problem where people just run the second they hear you isn't gone. Trickster catching people of guard was when he was at his strongest and…
-
I don't see how it helps tunneling at all. You choose when to jump off so jumping off at the last second is always going to waste time of a camping killer vs not jumping off. Even if you don't bother running at all it adds ~10 seconds to each hookstages cause the killer has to hit you twice and rehook you.
-
Wooosh
-
These kind of treats just show how worthless the feedback on the forums is. If any of you played a single match with it you would have noticed it wasen't nerfed at all. Just a text error. Too many people that want to voice their experiences before having said experiences
-
I always found that such a ignorant statement. Hate to say it but developing a game does in fact not involve playing casual matches and having fun. It's spending hours searching through a code to find ways to fix a bug. Most of their time is probably spend on making sure that the next chapter functions. People who say that…
-
A common addon for Legion that makes their fatigue silent. The amount of downs you would get against people that just insta mend by going around a corner and silently getting out of your power Iri addon for Billy to make him Space Billy again
-
The devs have access to way more data then we do, if they know there is a bug with a certain perk then they know to not take the matches with said perk too seriously when estimating things. So i'm on the side of doing it. The more people experience it, the more feedback they will get and the more likely something is going…
-
Yeah, how available perks are also plays a huge factor. Unless they become more specific these stats don't say much. Fun to know bit not something to draw conclussions from
-
I think you are projecting a bit here Playing a couple of games after work to have fun is exactly how i play for years now. Are you sure it isn't you focussing so heavilly on the competitive side that you forgot what fun is? DbD is as competitive as you want it to be. If you need to sink 6 hyperfocussed hours to have fun…
-
So hopping in a locker to deny Jolt is cheating too? It's pretty much the same thing
-
I started playing right before leatherface released so i guess i count
-
To be fair the perk BHD is kinda busted. Not many people have acces to that perk
-
Or it shows that nightlight isn't as accurate. These stats include every single person who plays dbd. Nightlight only the ones who bother to register to nightlight. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see which one is more accurate. You just call them useless cause they don't fit your narrative
