Nothing all that major except gen rush gets worse, tunneling gets real worse, and killers run meme builds since they no longer have a meta outside of tunneling. Also weaker killers get even weaker and SWF's get stronger/
-
lol at someone making what's kind of a "can you imagine if survivors really...?" post and survivor mains jump in to go "actually yeah, we're gonna get that nerfed next! :)"
-
No, they did it to mostly negative over overwhelming negative even on DLC's like Freddy's.
-
People will cry when they're back to 8 minute queues on survivor side like 2021 when it was so bad streamers a lot of times could not even stream survivor at peak hours because no one wanted to watch 8 minute queues. Then we can see more forum posts and steam forum posts that look like "I'm a new player. Been sitting in…
-
Already uninstalled. I'll return if the devs decide to actually shake the meta up instead of giving placebo nerfs to survivors and basically leaving one side with no real meta.
-
One thing people always ignore with DH is the fact you get value even from not running it. The killer simply must assume you have it, or possibly lose a chase/the game by not doing so. Thus, they have to "wait it out" even if you don't have it. They just have to assume you have it because everyone runs it and it's so…
-
This is not a party game regardless of how much you repeat that to yourself.
-
The idea is to change how the meta works. For the healing nerf to work, gen regression must be nerfed. The idea is that time spent from regression will now likely go into healing. Survivors can just choose to not heal and just gen rush, but are taking a big risk on that. I don't get why people can't understand the patch is…

I just hate the map due to how it looks. I find it the ugliest map by a long shot.
-
That's how they get clicks.
-
Sure, it's better than the current meta. It's a change. The only other choice is find a new game that isn't the same exact stale thing for over half a decade. Also I said I don't play killer, as the post says. Survivors made that too miserable in order to have their "fun" so I just play solo survivor. I just know how to…
-
Plenty of people do. But like 80% of the playerbase is survivor mains, who obviously don't want sizable nerfs to themselves. So obviously, they will cry the loudest and the "majority" will be against it. But if you only listen to said majority in an asym game, you'll end up with one side being God mode and the other being…
-
I'm loving that all the "reviews" are basically Good changes: The things that don't nerf me Bad changes: Anything that may change how I must play. I hope all 50 of those survivors quit. I also love the people saying "THE COMMUNITY" when what they mean is "survivor players."
-
Pretty obvious that regression was nerfed as part of healing being nerfed. Part of their attempt to change the meta. If you revert regression nerfs, you need to revert the healing ones and vise versa.
-
I'm sure they'll nerf tombstone down the line. Buff him? No.
-
If it's the start of the game? Wait a second and then hit them and wait another. If they don't come back, they're fair game, but if I see another survivor after downing the afk person, I'll just slug the afk one to occupy the teams time instead of hooking an AFK person and go after the other survivor. If it's mid game,…
-
I want a meta shift. Sorry you don't. 6 years of the same stuff is pretty boring for those of us with hours out of the double digits.
-
I'll never understand why the majority of survivors run a perk that apparently isn't very good, barely works, and is super easy to counter. Real strange.
-
I am bored of this meta. Bring on the new one
-
Wow it's almost like they want to entirely change the meta.
-
When you have thousands of hours, you learn about the game deeply. You learn its mechanics, and everything about it. Possibly as well as the devs do. At that point you can see the imbalances. And then you see the devs basically vocally saying they don't believe that/will never ever ever change it. So, then you just leave…
-
My opinion is that these changes are good, because the meta is stale and a shake up is good. People are viewing things one sided. There are changes to everyone. It is obvious these changes are meant to alter the meta strongly. My second opinion is that if they go back, then there likely will never be meaningful changes to…

Various reasons Targeted harassment over multiple games Streamers being able to hide their name to avoid being recognized People who don't want to possibly appear in some guys youtube video, and can atleast block their name. I do think the feature could have worked better, though.
-
Record anyone who does that and report them. That is actually bannable.
-
It's honestly fine now. Do remember that the killer was without a perk the entire game. And said perk can be entirely prevented from ever activating.
-
If someones fun is my responsibility, then that is called a job. What is my salary?
-
I agree. The bleed out timer should be 90% faster so as to prevent survivors from having to wait to die. I get the feeling the actual desire here is basically "make it impossible to kill me this way
-
They want to swap up the meta. Many have asked for that.
-
I don't get how people randomly get banned. I have one warning ever, but 1500+ posts. And I don't generally sugarcoat my posts.
-
Yeah a large company with 5000+ employees needs donations. lol
-
Saying the game is a party game is just a cope. The game is a competitive game. Go to the dictionary. It is the definition. A competition does not have to be balanced/fair/whatever criteria others put on it. If two or more people are versing each other for a prize/win only one can achieve (be they a team or individual) is…

Spirit has no real reason to be a killer. Twins are also suspect as one, as is Carmina. Most of the female killers didn't really belong as a killer outside of Julie and Amanda. Until Skull Merchant
-
No one believes that the entire survivor playerbase was "playing easy" and using dead hard out of some goodness of their heart lol
-
There is nothing that can be done.
-
Sorry you got here really late. It's been top tier for 6 years
-
Apparently solo q has always been worse than getting a root canal with no pain meds, so I really don't see what changes. I also don't get why these people play solo Q
-
You did ask when we'd be out of the horrible meta and get another one. Here it is.
-
Builds will probably change to corrupt, deadlock, NWO. Maybe jolt on the M1's.
-
I must be sleep typing right now
-
I'm happy to see any shake up.
-
The dream game is a Billy who never M1's for any reason, but is terrible so he misses his chainsaws, which makes the survivor feel epic and like they just bamboozled the killer.
-
I don't use DH because of mind games. I use it because it is a 3rd health state and objectively superior to all other exhaustion perks. Now it isn't.
-
I enjoy any shake up.
-
Licenses. Tons of them. Also F13 was killed by legal order. They had lots of content that was almost ready for release. People rarely play games that legally cannot have updates anymore.
-
One of the biggest causes of "meanie killer tactics" is the fact there isn't a reason to be nice. None can be given. You play nice and you WILL be taken advantage of. Period. I play nice with some Nemesis build with meme perks, and I get tbagged and insulted post game. So, what is my reason to not play ultra sweaty Blight?…
-
Asking for a rework is essentially the same as asking for a free chapter. "Reworking" is basically delete the character and make a new one with the same look and name. Since clearly people feel nothing but a completely change of her is gonna fix things. That's a lot of dev time for 0 return.
-
Because trying to punish killers for their strategies has worked super well so far. What's that, another "TUNNELING IS WORSE THAN EVER" video on youtube, after basekit BT? This just makes killers double down. Also if the hook timer pauses then I can effectively hold you hostage as Bubba in the basement.
-
My general belief is that it's not fixable without some assistance from Valve, who likely doesn't care. This seems to exclusively happen on the steam version. So, if they cannot fix it, then the only other solution is denial.
-
The fact it seems unique to the steam version indicates to me that it's something that might require valve to assist/fix. And I don't see their incentive.
-
Because balance is tied to FOV. Why would you ever not have it at max? Just to handicap yourself?
