My apologies, your question is very hard to answer given the fact that NO ONE KNOWS. Obviously it would be thought that these problems should be fix with a more expensive and advanced console, but we don't know so good luck finding the answer until the console releases to the public.

Pc is the better option, no debate about it.

Most of this is rank 20 issues that will stop once you get better at the game. Although these are all problems that should still be fixed.

Yeah, it becomes too hard for most to get as not everyone plays 24/7 to grind all the bloodpoints and shards needed. Would make the game more unbalanced and cause outcry from those who cant get it.

I play on pc and get 20-30 fps but i deal with it, however i would like some more optimisation.

I like the timers and everything but 5 powers is a bit much and i'm not a fan of this scroll wheel of powers but apart from that great!
