i can see the logic behind that but you're forgetting one terrible thing, dramaturgy has very blatant negative effects where as the franklin's weave attunement does not. it also shuts down exhaust perks soo your comparison just isn't good

the weave franklin's build is strong in a different sense of what is considered strong for dbd, it just offers so many effects, both perks have double effects so in essence its like running 4 different perks while only using 2 slots, its like how old mft was 2 perks in 1
