Hex: Crowd Control Buff
Never seen anyone use this perk. So it definitely needs something else. In addition to what it already does, the killer receives a 10% speed bonus for 5 seconds after vaulting a window blocked by the Entity. Killers could use this with other perks like Bamboozle, Claustrophobia, and some unique killer add-ons.

Let us see the other survivor's builds. It would be really helpful to see what they are running and to be able to compliment their perks with yours.
