Killers, what are the killers you recommend to new players to prestige first?
For new players, who do you all recommend they prestige first for perks? Figured it'd be a good idea for anyone coming in.
To both sides, are gen regression perks or gen speed perks or items necessary in your opinion?

Should Spine Chill react to killers when they're undetectable, or survivors are oblivious?
And why? I'm noticing a lot of people saying no, but not much of why others are opposed to that.
Should the bloodweb be decluttered to help with progression and bloodpoints management?
Same as it says above, things like reagents could possibly stand to be taken out of the game and reworked into something else.
Flashlights are weird
I don't know if it's just me, I don't use flashlights, I'd rather bring a medkit. But from the killer side I get stunned even though I can't even see the light. Are they janky or is this just how they're intended?
What should determine a win?
On either side, what do you believe should constitute a win, or a pip up?
Are boons quiet?
This is a an actual question. Am I just bad at listening to them or are they actually a bit quiet? I always feel like I'm further away than I am by the time I walk up on one.
Why should a killer go easier when a survivor DCs?
I've noticed there's a stigma against killers playing as usual when a survivor disconnects early. Should the killer go easier in your mind? Let one survivor go or something? None of it makes sense, it's not their fault for a teammate leaving early. With that said, what's the opinion of adding a bot to help?
Do the reagents still get use at all?
I've noticed not many run any of the fog offerings. Are they useful or just a byproduct of older times? Edit: Duly noted, thank you all for the responses. Do you believe we should just remove them in that case, to clear up bloodwebs?
How should the game be balanced in an asymmetrical?
I've been thinking for a while but shouldn't the minority hold slightly more capability in an asymmetrical game? Or should it be balanced out by just separate abilities? I feel like inherently, the nature of a game like that isn't really possible to fully balance. Just food for thought, not trying to pull an us vs them.
