Which one of these A-tier killers is the strongest in your opinion?

Hex: Devour Hope (BUFF)
I think the hex totem of Devour Hope shouldn't spawn until the killer gets the two tokens because that's really when the perk activates and everything. Just like NOED, the hex totem doesn't appear until all generators are repaired.

Survivor being picked up on PS4 compared to PC.
I’ve noticed that when a killer picks up a downed survivor on PS4 that there is no pause for when they’re on their shoulder unlike PC. This makes it tremendously harder to stun them with a flashlight and I would really like to see that identical pause between all platforms.
