Decisive Strike should work twice.
DS is a shell of what it was and OtR outshines it in every possible way. The stun sucks and even if you land it it won't work again and you'll still get caught. Tbh there's no reason for it to not work twice.

Thoughts on Blast Mine buff?
i think the 50% requirement is really nice since you now get to use it a lot more often and even more so that it's gone if the killer doesn't kick but I want to know if people prefer 50% one use or 66% and reuse.

Detail what "Conspicuous Actions" are on perks descriptions.
Since OtR is meta, it would be nice to see what counts as conspicuous actions under its description like DS used to have. This would help new players as well

How does Distortion work against perks like Nurse's Calling
it says it blocks the aura reading for 10 seconds, does that mean that if you're healing yourself (it takes 16 seconds) then Nurse's Calling will reveal you at the last 6 seconds? Does another token get consumed?

it is hilarious how in their pathetic attempt to make perks not mandatory they make them even more so, now that no one carries BT you HAVE to have OtR if you don't want to be tunneled.

Spirit sometimes not making static noise

Basekit BT is useless, perk BT is still necessary
the 5 seconds are worthless, since it's permanent killers will know to just wait the 5 and down you. the 7%? it's nothing and gives you no distance. Honestly 10-12 seconds should be basekit and the perk should protect only the user like it used to, should also deter basement bubbas
