seperate matchmaking for players not using wired connections
title

decisive strike and dead hard should void each other
4 health states is absolutely insane for a game where the baseline is two, it's double durability and only costs two perks
-
let people play surv to get killer prio queue
easy

keeping stats on postgame chat
i've been curious about how the actual sportsmanship and toxicity question around this game so so i decided that i'd keep score for a little while and report results my sample size here is 1000 games, which is admittedly fairly limited of the 1000 games: 721 were 'wins' (herein defined as 4k or 3k with hatch or exit gate…

if slugging is bad
why are there so many mechanics and perks to actively penalise picking survivors up?
-
add killer forfeit
it's not really fair that killers are forced to play out matches they aren't enjoying when survivors aren't. the game is not competitive, there's clearly no concept of match integrity, and if a killer is mentally checked out from the game theyre likely tnot be a fun opponent regardless and may well just afk i don't see who…

tombstone prompt
if there is a prompt on your screen that says 'KILL' with the left mouse button icon next to it and you press the left mouse button then it should kill whatever ruleset determines if a survivor is eligible for tombstone kill on a given server tick should also be applied to if the prompt is displayed that frame, no…

Which killers could the survivors beat?
Fed up of running away, all four survivors decide to wait in a doorway and jump the killer as a group. Which ones could they realistically beat this way, if we assume the survivors are all regular people and discount the action heroes?
-
vault limit and bloodlust as a map design crutch
these mechanics are used to justify loops that are otherwise unacceptably long and unwinnable discuss
-
are newer maps designed around antiloop powers?
a lot of modern maps seem to just have endless amounts of safe pallets that lead directly into one another, seemingly designed in ways that give antiloopers options and a hard time but just makes m1 unplayable. this is an issue on certain older maps, but seems to be more often the case these days. if you just look at the…

Why are there no unwritten rules for survivor?
There's a dozen or so things you're not allowed to do as killer at punishment of being cried at for an hour, but this doesnt seem to translate at all in the other direction. Why is it kosher for survivors to employ whatever miserable and degenerate strategies they want? Bhvr lean into this by canonising a lot of these…

what's the counterplay to smoke bombs?
i'm confused
-
how do you counter lithe?
i'm really not sure what you're supposed to do to combat this perk, theres no real way to deny value from it
-
make indoor and outdoor seperate queues
theres a lot of build variety and killers that are just voided out by being unplayable on bad map rolls, giving the choice means that appropriate builds can be brought rather than just being forced to run map neutral meta

bias vault hits towards the player with lower latency
you shouldn't be rewarded for having bad internet, the incsonsistency during high latency vaulting should be addressed by resolving in favour of the person with acceptable connection if you dont want to get hit during vaults stop playing on mcdonalds wifi
-
teabagging then complaining about bad sportsmanship
how does this make sense? survivors taunting after every stun or sus vault whiff, standing around at gates, clicking flashlights the entire game, yet proceeding to complain that you're being a bad sport by using optimal strategies to try and win the game?
-
disable hook invuln during egc
currently the endgame meta favours hard camping hooked survivors since allowing a save guarantees both survs escape by abusing hook invulvn for a free protection hit i want to actually play the game during endgame but i'm forced to facecamp the hook to avoid more than likely losing both survivors
-
can you avoid head on?
pretty much the title, i often approach the locker from the side and get the grab but i'm not sure if that's because i'm actually avoiding exposing myself or the surv is just missing their window is there actually a way to get a head on surv out of the locker without giving them a window to stun, or am i just facing skill…
-
add killer equivalent of flashlight saves
if the killer hits a survivor within ten seconds of a generator being completed this should un-repair the generator and regress it to 50% this would counterbalance survivors being able to remove one of the killer's main game objectives retroactively with a single action, by allowing the killer to do it to survivors as well
-
Can killers avoid flashlight saves on reaction?
Not a 'tips on how to counter flashlight' thread, I'm just unclear on if any mouse input from the killer is able to avoid a save assuming the survivor's timing and placement is fully correct?
-
unhooking right on top of killer
with borrowed time being baseline and endurance perks being so readily available it's gotten to the point where defending a hook is basically pointless unless you're willing to facecamp it, which seems like the opposite of the point of the changes maybe i'm crazy but i don't think that unhooks should be something that…
