Why is Chapter 39 not on the digital stores?

I’m having a problem with dbd saying I don’t have internet when I do. How do I fix that?
I reset my steam deck twice, verified the integrity of my files twice, reset steam, forgot the internet connection just to add it back again, and I also tried my hotspot but that didn’t work either.
