How does terror radius reduction work?
So the deathslinger has two addons, the gold creek whiskey and wanted poster, that reduce his terror radius while ads. If you bring those with monitor and abuse how does it calculate that? (live servers, not diminishing returns) Does it (32-12)0.75 = 15m or 32×.75-12 =12m?

Why am I getting penalized when dedicated servers crash?
Dropping from Iri I to the bottom of Iri 2 and having to wait five minutes because the dedicated servers crash is pretty crummy. Also, why is it always ten minutes in to a great match that the dedicated servers crash? It's never the crappy five minutes routes where that happens.
