Voicelines should be heard among all survivors. The killer only hears voicelines of specific characters during killer interactions (Downing, Hooking and Carrying). It adds immersion.

The Firsts tentacle Strike
During my games so far in the PTB I have noticed how fast The Firsts cooldown is on this power. The killer is able to quickly strike the survivor after hitting the first strike and then following up with the next one causing a down or and injured. Obviously if there's an issue when it comes to obtaining or keeping Natalia's likeness, then a change is definitely going to be necessary. However the face currently on the PTB is outright bad. Her head looks far too wide and far too short for her body.

Killers win if they kill 1 survivor early
I think this is the #1 problem with the game design. It's why people complain about tunneling. If 1 survivor dies early then the killer wins because the remaining survivors cannot advance the game.
