SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The FSR slider is working in the opposite way. 0% is acting as 100%, and 100% is acting as 0%. I had noticed there was no visual difference in the sharpness of the game when I was turning FSR on/off at 100%. Once I switched the slider to 0%, the sharpness improved significantly.
