They should do 6 slots total but, seperate them in a way to not have OP load outs. Something like 1 Survival perk (SC, DS, ect) 4 Utility perks (Bond, BT, WMI ect) and 1 Point boosting perk.

I don't typically run it. Bond/Empathy, WMI, Urban Evasion, Flex slot (Usually WGLF, Borrowed Time or Light weight). I'll usually just run with a medkit or even a tool box, since bond and empathy help me find peeps to heal me and vice versa.

I'm the opposite, I'm always taking one for the team if I need too. If I know the others are doing a gen while being chased, I'll lure the killer as far away as possible to buy them as much time as I can.

I don't mind when people do it, I just assume they're children. When I play survivor, if there's no one that needs saving, I just leave.

Maybe an ability/add-on that causes infected survivors to spawn creatures that seek out and attack others for a short time when in close proximity to other survivors?
