I don't really care about noed or which killer has it. I think saying it's overpowered is a bit strong. Because there is a counter that takes it completely out of the game. Especially if survivors are running inner strength.

As far as hook suicides go. You have to actively hit the button repeatedly. Tapping it. I only know 2 streamers that have lost their Fog Whisperer status, but BE has not made anything public or anything showing this. It appears looking at it it was done hush hush. I assume perhaps to not get backlash or have issues rise from it.

If you took away the ability to let go, then the last survivor (if there are 2 left and one is on hook) then the last survivor would most likely die and not get the hatch, as it won't open until they let go, and it doesn't open instantly as is. It takes quite some time for it to finally open after the 2nd to last dies.…

Can't say I've noticed a difference on first hook deaths. However, I've personally noticed a lot more griefing/bodyblocking/holding hostage situations from both killers and survivors... oddly enough... Not the most pleasant experiences, none the less.

It appears the main reason for some people using them is because they are going to be "nerfed" at some point possibly soon. So, those people want to use them now. Similar to using the syringes/insta heals before they got nerfed etc.

You already lose emblems for face camping. I believe there are perks that slow down hook progression. But they could also make it that the rest of the survivors get a boost to gen repair speed so they can get out even faster while this is happening.

If you really want to punish facecamping, just accelerate gen speed repair for survivors (when this happens), so they can finish them even faster and leave. They already have it so you lose emblems for doing it... so shrug.

Yes. This also confused me too. I read they toss them out on this forums, it was a post I think by Peanits. I'll have to look for it and get back to you. Also, avoid talks about discussing personal bans, or they will remove/lock the post most likely. Forum rule is to not discuss bans etc.
