This is a video game, video games are played meant to be fun. If they aren’t having fun, they will leave, and that is completely justified imo. This is not suppose to be a competitive game with crazy attention towards MMR like most FPS games. Though there is MMR, we don’t even have access to view it, so that says enough…

Billy is my second choice to play as and I would argue against that because he either curves or back revs (Don’t get me wrong curve Billy is difficult) I wasn’t so much complaining about gen-rushing but rather using it as a comparison to tunneling, but on the survivor side. Tunneling at 5 gens, sucks, and I wouldn’t even…
-
I haven’t put much thought into different modes. But I am a fan of the idea of adding new modes to the game.
-
”Soon”. The game has been on Steam’s Top Sellers for like 4/5 years. Tunneling has been an issue for just as long.
-
Keys are very underused and can actually bring a lot of value to the table which baffles me as to why they are rare. I like the idea of reworking keys because maybe we’ll see more use out of them.
-
I believe there is a bug where even if you shine the flashlight directly in there face, it won’t blind them.
-
I always seem to get a skill check when the killer pressures me off a gen.
-
Anything that can get Hillbilly more cosmetics, I am a fan of.
-
Well, if it helps you understand (It won’t). I play Blight because he has the highest skill ceiling over any other killer, and yea, he brings great results.
-
I do recall Coupe being broken right now. But 5 stacks IMO, isn’t enough to be used as a perk slot and is rather used as a meme perk.
-
Did they say this?
-
The solo queue buffs were a QoL change rather than a balance. It was very needed for solo survivors and SWFs aren’t really going to need it because they already have verbal communications which tells them a lot more than just generator progression. In the end, the HUD is just information so I think people are overreacting…
-
Well said.
-
The Knight doesn’t need a rework, the entire chapter does.
-
DH isn’t OP. 😂
-
Ngl, I have no issues with the current system, but that’s an unpopular opinion.
-
Not sure how long ago this VOD was from, but I recall them saying they deliberately saying they had no plans to change Michael.
-
Everyone can agree that tunneling sucks to go against, and some could even argue it makes them feel guilty to use against the opposing team, but this is not the way to go about it.
-
Wasn’t there a clip of Dowsey saying “gg” and it got blocked?
-
I think the point they’re making is that if survivors can disable this killer, then the killer should be able to disable repetitive perks like DH, Adrenaline, etc.
-
I do like the idea of reducing the chance of facing the same killer the next game, but banning a killer out of your queue would slow down queues for a lot of people. I could already imagine Nurse, Blight, and Spirit being the top 3 “banned” killer picks, and as strong as they are, queues do not need to be increased again.
-
I don’t have an issue with what we have now, Ngl.
-
Understandable, but as a solo Q main who gets some “uniquely skilled teammates”, I wouldn’t turn it off lmao.
-
Queues are typically 10 seconds - 3 minutes depending on who has the match making incentives. If tunneling is such a huge issue, learn the tiles and don’t die immediately. I didn’t want to say the last part, but it needed to be said.
-
Long queue? Unless you have cross play off, queues are typically less than 5 minutes, and less than 20 seconds for the side that has the BP incentive.
-
I found this quite humorous actually.
-
Why do we need to change tunneling again?
-
Nobody quote me on this, but I recall mobile having this implementation and I thought it was pretty neat. In reality though, unless your solo team is full of sweats, they’ll probably just use what they queued up with because of challenges or they just want to use what they think is fun. A cool idea, none the less.
-
I like the idea of making 1 survivor-map offering a set percentage and not guaranteed unless X amount of survivors have the same offering. And then of course sacrificial wards cancel all offerings unless all 4 survivors have the offering. The whole map banning idea is not something I’d be an advocate for though. Id say one…
-
Tunneling a very upsetting to play against as survivor, but I think this implementation is a bit excessive. Id have to agree with sanees. Tunneling is a frowned upon but fair play style. Tunneling is typically implemented in my games when I am being gen rushed and have to make up for some hooks. If you remove tunneling…

Camping and tunneling is the answer to all DBD questions.
-
Dead By Daylight is not the only game that does this. The idea behind limited cosmetics is to show that you are a “veteran” or “you were here for this event”. In the end though, I doubt this is on their list of priorities (If it’s even on the list), because it makes them more money, and they are just in-game items that…
-
As annoying as I find Wesker, I don't believe he is incredibly overpowered. Blight however, is a strong killer without addons, and several of his addons could pass for S or A tier on anyones addon list.
-
Blight's wait to swing at the last minute because it decreases that chance of getting flared (basically spinning one direction and going the other when Blight swings).
-
I use to use the perk in every build. I only used it to gain knowledge of the tiles and now that I know them, it’s just a matter of if my team had already used that pallet. Which brings up another thing. Analyze tiles before you connect them, not last second while the killer is on your tail. I haven’t returned back to the…
-
Then again, they aren’t that useful. You spend 3-5 seconds just collecting, just to get a short speed boost. Only really worth grabbing if you are near a dead-zone and actually have enough time to grab it (very unlikely in the middle of a chase).
-
I would say Nemesis but he of course has his own music.
-
I am so glad this got brought up. I am not opposed to her chase music, I personally just think it is extremely loud, and dear I say unbearable sometimes. I sure as heck wouldn’t turn down my volume because BHVR only has one volume option in the game and that doesn’t really seem smart.
-
W thread, remove green keys.
-
What changes do you propose? Because she definitely needs them.
-
I play Nurse quite a bit, and I find this quite humerous. To each their own, though.
-
I don’t mean to be rude, but are you serious about that last part?
-
Is there not an addon that allows you to fully charge a blink, and then do another fully charged blink after that?
-
I am by no means a Twins main, but I haven’t noticed any mobility bugs when playing as her or Victor, however I do know which bug you are referring to and it does seem very irritating.
-
I don’t recall lanterns giving cosmetics, but there are like 2-3 lanterns per much that give you a considerably large speed boost. And if they do help out with cosmetic gathering, then rare they should be.
-
In the end, tunneling is just a play style, and if players can’t handle losing to a very frowned upon play style, then don’t know what to tell them. (Not directing this towards you)
-
I also think it would be very useful to solo queue considering it tells your other teammates what your gen is at, but if you see that 2 people are working on a generator at 2 different completion percentages, you could put 2 & 2 together and realize they are on separate gens which I would find very useful.
-
When the Mid Chapter PTB was released, you had survivors taking upwards of 5-6 hits before going down. I see where you’re coming from though, but making Off the Record not put you into deep wound would be revisiting that same issue from the PTB. However, I do like the idea of buffing DS again as it is next to useless…

This has nothing to do with her power, and everything to do with her chase music. Am I the only one that finds her new chase music to be so loud to the point where I don’t even want to play with head phones on? Someone will probably say turn down the volume but DBD only has 1 volume option, and it’d turn down everything in…
