Would be helpful against Doctor + Unnerving Presence combos, which would fit since its a Feng Min perk. Otherwise, skill checks aren't that hard to hit. And some people seem to be able to hit skill checks no matter what. Strong but situational; I think it would be okay.
-
They are mentally unable to disassociate a game from reality, so they take everything you do against their in-game avatar personally. You can also spot these people in the killer role when they get triggered by tea-bagging survivors and those who use broken mechanics (DS, looping, etc.) to their advantage. (getting…

Why would you stay on the gen when you hear his lullaby anyway?
-
To me, its: Jake-Trapper because saboteur. Meg-Hillbilly because of sprint burst. Claudette-Wraith because she's a medic and he can track blood. Dwight's a free bird.
-
If chasing someone for 3 minutes = a loss, then maybe don't do that? They're reworking a lot of perks anyway. Decisive won't be broken anymore.
-
@Someissues I never said to ramp up his brightness to 11, just make sure that its not set too low.
-
Maybe you should make sure your TV/Monitor brightness isn't too low? I don't have an issue finding P3 Claudette's unless I'm Freddy, but he's a little worse at spotting people in general.
-
I envision a world where Ripster from Street Sharks is chasing Bibleman.
-
The real philosophical question is: Do any of us really deserve anything?
-
I'd categorize that under "playful mocking", lol.
-
As long as speed hackers can still cheat on PC, I'm going to stick to console.
-
I don't play it anymore, but what happened to F13 was tragic. They had just shown off a big update they were planning, only to have the rug pulled out from under them. I'm going to forgive the current PS4 patch delay, as long as future smaller updates don't have this issue.
-
It's important to not hive-mind and pigeon hole yourself and others into "killer-main", or "survivor-main". There are people on both sides who do/say questionable things, but that doesn't make them a salty killer-main, or salty survivor-main. They're just salty. Preach over. Nice meme.
-
I like the "You can mori someone who's been to the struggle phase/hooked twice" idea. The entity drains its hope from the survivors being on the hook, and allows you to finish him or her off as reward. I see no issue with this system at the moment.
-
Cannibal: Leather Daddy. Nightmare: Fred Boi. Wraith: Bing Bong.
-
A flare gun. Bounces harmlessly off the killer, but if shot into the air it distracts him/her. As long as its in the air, the killer does not receive noise notifications. One shot. Add-ons could increase duration or add other minor effects. Maybe an ultra rare that allows it to stun if it hits the killer. (envisions 4-man…
-
Maybe if they made it on activation, like dead hard, but removed the ability to use it around the killer? Delegate it to map traversal, and have Lithe be the mid-chase warp-speed perk? I don't know, just a thought. I don't use Sprint Burst too often, so I don't think about its balance too much.
-
This is glorious.
-
@Brady Yeah, that doesn't sound too bad.
-
There have been many times as survivor where I was just a millisecond away from struggling out of the killer's grasp by the time I was hooked, and the reworked version of DS would have gotten me out. Not to mention the fact that your teammates can body block and flashlight the killer on top of the 3 second stun. I think…

@No_Mither_No_Problem ;)

I want a banana knife for Myers and I want it now.
-
You can do well (meaning 2+ kills) against good survivors with Myers, and to some extent other low mobility killers, if you get good at the game. And you of course have Ruin III aswell. And it doesn't spawn in a garbage spot. But if the survivors are good, know what they're doing, and actively trying to escape as soon as…
-
I'm not that interested in the Clown's power, so the wait hasn't been as bad for me. Maybe I'll like him if I ever end up getting him. The pallet-vacuum removal is long overdue, however. I am extremely looking forward to the upcoming perk changes though; they can't come soon enough. Never thought I'd say this, but I need…
-
@ILOVEMYSUPERDOG114 We'll get the update soon enough, bud.
-
Wasn't it? "And don't tell me it's not your fault or its not up to you! because YOU decided to release the chapter for PC players while it wasn't yet ready for other platforms OK? I hope this will not happen again at least" What was the point you intended, then?
-
Content shouldn't be held back for the PC players just because the console players won't be able to get it at the same time.
-
I play stealthy as survivor. Breaking line of sight and losing the killer is more satisfying to me than running them around for 4 gens and then getting camped.
-
There are good perks that aren't DLC. NOED, Enduring, Brutal Strength, Tinkerer is a decent build on quite a few killers, just swap out NOED for something else when playing Billy if you're a crack-shot with the saw. Will agree that there are very strong DLC perks, but its better than all the DLC perks being bad.
-
Yeah, I don't think hex perks being transferred from totem to totem is too good of an idea. Some totems are already hid well. Now, if totems didn't have the chance to spawn right next to objectives or survivors, I think hex perks would be in a great place. Only lighting up when they are in use, as the topic creator said,…
-
Maybe they could release variants in the cosmetics shop? I don't see them bringing the charity case pack to consoles.
-
Usually SWF players that act toxic hate to lose a teammate almost as much as they hate to die themselves. Try camping the first person you catch after you notice a toxic team, especially if they're grouped up most of the time, and you may be able to take advantage of their friendship. But in general, just get good. Being…
-
People that kill themselves on the hook while I'm healing myself nearby or on my way to go unhook them.
-
Glad they're taking the time to get it as balanced as possible.
-
I remember the devs saying that time doesn't work the same way in the entity's realm. For all we know, she was the first to be pulled from "our" world, but was sent later on into the "timeline", and the tune she played echoed through time. Or any other matter of possibilities. Or every character they will ever add is…
-
I've noticed that, at least on PS4, survivors have over time gotten less likely to send me a message for capitalizing on their mistakes. But I've gotten messages for camping, despite the entire team running around the hooked survivor, and tunneling, despite only accidentally running into the same survivor twice in a row…

Well, I'd like Freddy to be reworked a little/fixed in general (big surprise there). This is my concept at the moment: 1. Auto-Locking onto awake survivors fixed. 2. Dream transition time reduced, and add-ons adjusted accordingly. 3. Failing a heal skill check only wakes you up if you are using a med kit.
-
Good point. I would personally change it to "When a door or the hatch is opened".
-
I think failing a healing skill check should only wake you up if you're using a med kit. This makes pharmacy more sensible for Quentin to have, and doesn't make Self Care stronger than it already is. Shortening the sleep timer, and perhaps nerfing/reworking the add-ons that lower it if the timer is reduced enough, seems…
-
I was playing MM on Lerys with one of the mirror add-ons, and was chasing the last free survivor around in the same general area as his hooked teammate. With them being the only two left in the game, the hooked survivor freed herself... Right as we entered the room she was in. She was promptly reapplied to the hook.
-
I had an idea for a deranged mall Santa who believes that he is truly Santa Claus, with a meat cleaver as his weapon. His power would have something to do with how many altruism points a survivor had acquired, as he's able to sense The Christmas Spirit in people. But since we have the clown, a Santa cosmetic for him would…

I almost want this more than the ability to close the hatch.
