I'm glad somebody else thinks the same. I'm on my knees PRAYING that BHVR will just nerf survivors to not reveal Ghostface while on a hook 😭🙏. I don't insignificant buffs to cooldown and stalking speed
-
The Ghostface buffs are underwhelming in my opinion. Can we get some some kind of reveal immunity from hooked survivors or at least reduce the range they can reveal you? What about giving a 50% recharge for downing a marked survivor? How about nerfing survivor disconnect BOTs so they can't constantly reveal you at max…
-
I wish more people would understand this. I personally love using stealth to outwit the killer, I find it really fun to play a deadly game of hide-and-go-seek. It's also interesting to force the killer to use their gamesense/gameknowledge to locate me, rather than using a perk or addon to get info on my location. I don't…
-
Same. Even if that's the only change they were to make to Ghostface, it would instantly make him feel 1000% better to play.
-
Yeah it is, but his iri addon still recharges your Night Shroud even if the survivor wasn't marked. What I want is a faster recharge for downing Marked/exposed survivors.
-
I have to disagree with this take. His cooldown used to be significantly longer (I think it was 30 seconds, then 24 seconds, and now 20 seconds). Having a longer cooldown means it's not a great idea to lose your stealth just to get an injury on one survivor, and it also means that you basically have to run a cooldown addon…
-
I know that a lot of people have been asking for those two addons to be basekit, but I think that would make the gameplay on the Survivor side feel worse. Both of those addons make Ghostface significantly stronger on indoor maps with no downsides, and a faster cooldown means that we will likely see more hit-and-run…
-
I'm really afraid of that happening. I've thought of that change becoming a possibility, let's hope they don't go in that direction.
-
I really like this idea, since being Undetectable and stealth gameplay is the most appealing part of his power. I don't know if they'd add this though since it would make him significantly more effective against Solo survivors and only slightly more effective against SWFs
-
Because the solo survivor experience is being neglected and solo survivors make up the vast majority of the playerbase. If a game can't stay consistently appealing to the majority of its playerbase, it will slowly die over time
-
The best thing they could do is add the Survivor dialogue wheel from DBD mobile. Or they could also add text chat, which would make it significantly easier to report and ban people for offensive/inappropriate language when compared to voice chat.

No, I’m not gonna beg people to view my discussion or try to elicit pity to get someone to read my post. I’m a content creator so I might as well use my free time creating a video talking about any changes they end up making to Ghostface. There’s thousands of subscribers and YouTube viewers who are very willing to listen…
-
Yet when I post a discussion that took 30+ minutes to type talking about ideas I have to help make Ghostface a better killer to play, no dev response and zero interest from any forum users whatsoever. Literally just proves that nobody on this website browses the “Feedback and Suggestions” category.
-
So you're saying that a specific perk (Iron Will) was making it more difficult to play a killer (Spirit) and that the perk put that killer at a huge disadvantage if anyone used that perk. And you're also saying it's ok for stealth killers to be put at a huge disadvantage if anyone is using a specific perk (Spine Chill)…
-
You need to remember that SWFs using comms and highly experience DBD players are typically the ones who get the most value from Spine Chill. Just because you "barely see any Spine Chill users" in pubs doesn't change the fact that the perk gives an unfair advantage against stealth killers.
-
That’s the beautiful part, Myers goes from garbage to god depending on what add ons you use. He’s fine and doesn’t need any changes, just run Tombstone Piece and you’ll win 90% of your matches.
-
Yeah the healing changes just made the game harder and more frustrating to play solo survivor. I would’ve been fine with the update if it was just a COH and DH nerf
-
I love not seeing multiple dead Hards per match
-
Some people will complain no matter what strategy you use
-
Yeah they’ll probably nerf it, which is really sad because it’s become a staple in some of my builds. I just hope that they add strong new gen defense perks to make up for the inevitable loss of DL.
-
You said you want to have 80 second gens and teleporting hooks, what do you mean the DS is the only thing survivors would get? Lmao. To combat tunneling, why not basekit OTR or basekit Guardian? I think Unbreakable should probably be buffed too. Your teleporting hook idea is really interesting, I wonder how much of an…
-
You want me to start the match as Ghostface with my power on cooldown? That sounds terrible, so that’s a big no from me. 30 seconds of Corrupt isn’t going to do much for weaker killers but will break the game for strong killers like Nurse, Blight, or Spirit. DS doesn’t need to be basekit, it just needs to be buffed. If DS…
-
Lethal Pursuer It’s overrated because you lose the perk for the rest of the match after 9 seconds. Even if it’s secondary effect extends aura readings for 2 seconds, you basically have to use an aura reading build and run multiple aura perks or add ons to get the maximum benefit from the secondary ability. Lethal is also…
-
Yeah, if you’re not using the Tombstone add-ons on Myers then Ghostface is just better in every way. It’s way easier to learn how to play Myers though, so he’s more beginner friendly which makes him more forgiving to play as I guess
-
They probably should be basekit perks. I’ll leave the hook and come back to it to follow the blood trail to the injured survivor. Also, I wear an expensive headset and usually I can still hear survivors grunts of pain even if they have Iron Will or No Mither. Breaking line of sight and hoping the killer doesn’t hear you or…
-
Tunneling, camping, and slugging can be nerfed by: •Giving survivors basekit Guardian or basekit Off The Record. •Giving survivors 10 seconds of basekit Kindred after a survivor is hooked. •Buffing the perk Unbreakable to have 3 uses per trial. •Adding strong new killer perks to the game that incentivize killers to go for…
-
I agree, we should probably give basekit Off The Record and basekit Guardian. I frequently tunnel and the pools of blood and grunts of pain make it easy to find recently unhooked survivors.
-
Solo definitely needs more buffs and QOL changes, but there’s basically 3 reasons why solo gets stomped: They are easier to tunnel because they can’t communicate or coordinate a way to protect a teammate from being tunneled. They are more casual players that sometimes don’t bring any item to the match or they use weak…
-
Any changes would be better than what Skull Merchant is now. I totally agree that a full solo lobby basically stands no chance against a competent SM
-
High skilled killer mains know that these changes would be overkill because the best way to win in the current meta is to tunnel a survivor out as fast as possible and then hopefully have a 3 gen to defend. The way to counter this is to gen rush. The perk Corrupt Intervention is a huge trade-off. You block gens and prevent…
-
Don’t listen to Pulsar OP. Trickster is the way to go on console, you’ll have tons of fun and get plenty of 4Ks
-
Trickster seems like he would be pretty easy to play on console. I’m play on PC though
-
You’re right. There’s no other killer like that in this game. Just Myers, he’s OP.
-
How about these suggested changes: •Give basekit Off The Record and Guardian •Give 10 seconds of basekit Kindred after a survivor is hooked so teammates know if a killer is proxy camping or leaving the hook. •Buff Unbreakable so I can be used up to 3 times per trial. These changes would make tunneling, camping, and…
-
These suggested changes are terrible. Also, it makes sense that you’re suggesting these changes because killer obviously isn’t you’re strong suit since you said you’re a survivor main. Take some time to keep learning how to play killer and try to tunnel every match, you’ll get the hang of it.
-
It definitely needs to be removed. You shouldn’t be grabbed while healthy when you’re going for a hook rescue.
-
So, you’re saying that you can win if you tunnel survivors and camp the jigsaw boxes, but you want the Pig to be buffed even further just so you don’t have to use that strategy to get a guaranteed win? That doesn’t make any sense. If you only care about winning, then tunneling and camping is the best strategy to use. If…
-
They could’ve just gave it a 60 second cool down after the totem was snuffed or maybe even given killer basekit Shattered Hope but now the perk trash for solos and a decent pick for SWFs. Not gonna lie, I really enjoy not seeing it every match as killer but the perk could’ve been nerfed differently to not create an even…
-
Yeah I would be fun but it would be kind of a complete stomp if you’re tunneling them and they can’t tunnel gens. I won’t be upset if they ever nerf BNP but I don’t think it needs to be nerfed though.
-
Yeah they took away self healing from the Boon: Circle of Healing. It’s not a bug it’s just a massive nerf to the perk. I don’t see why they couldn’t have kept the self healing because now the perk is worthless for solo survivors.
-
Nah I get such a massive ego boost when I win against multiple BNPs. Especially if it was a SWF. Besides, why do we want to try to take everything strong away from survivors? Let them keep their BNP and let me continue to tunnel.
-
You’re playing a new killer that you haven’t mastered yet in an extremely sweaty meta. I honestly don’t know why you’d expect to get easy or non-sweaty matches.
-
He’s fine if you use the tombstone add-ons. Deadlock, Corrupt, PWYF, a forth perk of choice has always been a solid build for Myers.
-
The Dead Hard nerf is fine. Revert the Medkit changes entirely. Give COH a 60 second cooldown after the boon totem is snuffed by the killer. Keep the ability to use self care.
-
Pentimento, Deadlock, Corrupt. End chases quickly
-
Lethal can be completely countered by Distortion. Name one survivor perk that can unblock gens that are blocked by Corrupt Intervention. You can’t because no such perk exists. Lethal only becomes decent when you’re using an aura build or when you’re using a high mobility killer. Might as well run Discordance since it’s a…
-
It’s a breath of fresh air to not see 3 or 4 Dead Hards every match. Hopefully it stays that way
-
Lethal is a waste of a perk slot. Corrupt Intervention will always be universally good on every killer.
-
Twins They’re somehow even more boring to face then Skull Merchant.
-
You should practice using Ghostface’s “Driver’s License” add-on if you don’t already. It let’s you explode gens for 20% progress and gives you crazy map pressure. Also, use the perk Play With Your Food. It helps you get the exposed downs you otherwise wouldn’t get. Hit and run will never be a viable strategy on Ghostface.…
