i would consider more than 40 to be high

i think they should hit good skill checks 100% of the time as a base line and have the chances be altered if there are perks or effects that affect skills checks ie. if madness t2 is in effect 10% of missing a skill check, if this is is not happening is active 10/90% split between great and good skillchecks etc.

you cant hit while in a slam state or your first rush and it feels like there is some delay to when you enter a lethal rush to when you can swing. if you can get close enough blight cant hit you consistently

when paired with blood hound its pretty good but not being paired with mangled is a mistake even wraith gets an addon to combine the 2 to be workable.

infectious fright isnt very good on low terror radius killers. huntress is only like 20m compared to the normal of 32m if you have access to plague's perks i would recommend corrupt as she is a slower killer and takes time to pressure the whole map
