Shrine Base Cost Should Be 1500
The Shrine has been around so long and when it was a thing we had around 1/3 of the perks now. Now we have so many and BVHR, "Wants to make the grind easier." Why not make it always 1,500? It makes sense why you get 150,000 bloodpoints for that as well because 1,500 and 150,000. Will BVHR do this? Probably not.
