Been seeing a lot complain about accidental tunneling, and myself hate it when I get a kill before hooking everyone twice! Is there a reason why this isn't already implemented, as it seems like it would actually decrease tunneling, at least by helping those who weren't intending to.

Player Flagging/Cheater Tag System Idea
There should be a way to personally mark players so you know to avoid them in future lobbies. Since blocking ingame does nothing, just change it to add an icon next to their name so you know to avoid them. Would make tracking cheaters easier, at least the survivors hacking
