Many games, survivors will often kill themselves on hook as the new form of disconnecting as there is a penalty now to leaving games. Killing yourself on hook should be considered an exploit of game-play and be punished accordingly.

Keep it at 40 seconds, not 60. Why? If the killer truly intends to tunnel you off the hook, there is a good chance he'll down you within 40 seconds and pick you up.
