Aura reading QOL change for killer
When I'm referring to aura reading, I'm talking about things like I'm All Ears and Freddy's new Dream Pallets. Simple change is to keep the loud noise notification and scrap the visual cues for when you use said Perks or add-ons. It's redundant and even harmful to the killer to keep these visual notifications.

So the idea I want to propose with this buff is one to give Knockout a use when there is SWF. My idea is nothing flashy, but to apply a healing debuff to make healing last 24 seconds to heal the survivor up to the injured state(I'm not good with math).
